Quality was not what I expected
Quality was not what I expected - I did contact customer services as there was such a quality difference but was just told that it was a different range. Very frustrating as they are so expensive and the quality is not good.

Luxury quality
I found Aden+Anais by chance, looking for the type of big burping bib and cloths I wanted. The experience in the website was perfect, and I thought why not - let’s try this brand. Ooohh I’m not using any other brand for baby essentials from now on, quality is impeccable for such an affordable price. I feel like I bought luxury items for barely above retail shop costs. Perfect presents
I ordered three muslin squares and a muslin bib for my nephew-to-be and they look beautiful. I haven't opened them yet, but the quality looks amazing. The cost was very reasonable and delivery was quick and efficient.

Unfortunately not a great experience…
Unfortunately not a great experience this time. Placed order for a birthday present, paid, order processed & money taken. A whole week later I receive an email to say item is out of stock. Now i have to get a birthday present at very short notice allowing no time to order online. Very annoying. Surely you know when the order is placed if an item is either in or out of stock?

Shambolic
DHL held my parcel for 10 days awaiting purchase information from Aden & Anais to clear customs as there warehouse is in Belgium. After sending numerous emails and ringing several times I eventually rang DHL . They were being sent the wrong proof of purchase and only when I sent the correct information was my parcel released. Never will I buy from them again !!

Unfortunately your parcel was chosen by DHL for their annual auditing purposes and it took longer and required further documentation for them to clear the parcel. Overall the product is fine but the quality as not as good as it use to be. I bought one for my daughter two years ago and there is a big difference in the thickness of the muslin between the two.
