I have used the guys for about 12 months now and they have always been good at handling my orders. On the rare occasions when there has been a problem they have phoned me straight away and offered solutions, and then kept to their word!

I ordered two Blender Bottles, payed immediately and after 5 days of waiting decided to send a message through the helpdesk asking why my order's status hasn't change. The next day I got a call and was told that unfortunately one of the bottles is out of stock and I can get a refund if I want to. I just hate when this happens, but I accepted the refund for the missing bottle and it took another couple of days to get the second one anyway.
The prices were great so I chose the Affordablesupplements, but If I knew it will take so long just to NOT get what I wanted, I would definitely have chosen a different, even more pricey place.

Product I was after despite showing was in stock was out of stock. Was informed after I'd paid for it. Was offered another product which I accepted and seems to be ok but can't be certain until I've used it longer term. Would use again

I have been using AS for well over 10 years and although my supplement consumption has varied over this time, I have consistently used AS with consistent customer satisfaction.

They call if a product is not in stock, are happy to substitute or just take off your bill.

No complaints - I'm not sure what else matters (other those sometimes elusive gains in the gym).

Have used Affordablesupplements before so I new they were a good company to use. I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon and the goods were delivered by Friday lunch time and that's without any charge for delivery. Upon opening my delivery one of the tubs of protien had been smashed open whilst in transit, one phone call later to their customer serives and photo emailed to them showing the damage, a replacement was shipped and arrived on Monday morning. I have used other supplement companies in the past but none come close to the great prices, speed of delivery and first class customer service they provide. One of the better companies around !! :-)

Ordered the ASN Pure Mass Hardcire (strawberry) with Testo beast and free shaker came quickly and it's been a great product so far! ASN Pure Mass Hardcore tastes great and so far appears to be aiding in gaining a bit of mass (only abit as I've not been using it long enough to notice a significant change) only product I can find with so much in it and going for it!

one thing though that most companies like this could add to their 'goals' header, is endurance/weight loss as an option
