poor service, not from staff but from the company
Ordered two supplements which came to £120. I paid for next day delivery on a saturday costing £12. I reviewed the website for over an hour before placing order. This is the 1st time i used the site in over a year - the last experience i had was a bad one with the wrong supplements being shipped to me. I received an email on saturday saying the supplements i ordered wernt in stock and it would take a week to stock them. Why not put this on the website to let customers know! I wont be ising affordable anymore its a waste of my time.

Ordered twice, delivery failed twice
Used previously and ordered product for a next day delivery, for unknown reasons this failed (they didn't send it out). Got a refund for the delivery and got it a few days later, not happy but hey ho these things happen.
Placed an order recently for 4kg of protein, and again specified next day delivery, I was within the time allowed to order for a next day delivery and checked out successfully (£74 order).
Wife was off work and she stayed in to take delivery. I got an email in the afternoon of the day the delivery was due, telling me it wouldn't be delivered that day and would be a few days!!
Upon ringing, I was told that they have a shortage of staff in the warehouse so the goods didn't get picked / shipped. That's not my problem, I paid for a service and I expect that service. I know things happen, but getting informed by email in the afternoon on the day delivery was due is not acceptable. They did offer me a protein bar though!!
I cancelled the order and went to bulk powders instead, ended up spending more money on additional things. As a plus, I got some free samples from them as well, and I will use them in future.
Affordable Supplements have lost me as a customer. Only 1 positive was they were quick to refund me.

Thank you for your review, Apologies you didnt get the next day service you wanted on this occasion, i am also sorry you didnt get a call or an email on the day you placed the order as you should of done. The offer of the bar was not just for a singular bar, basically we give options to customers if we cant do the next day service we offer a small selection of bars to make up the costs of the postage paid, by all means if a customer prefers a refund of this postage cost then we would be more than happy to do that.

Fast efficient deliver of a quality product at a competitive price
Fabulous service - use chocolate caramel which is great used as a shake, popped in porridge or with yogurt. Definately recommend, its a must for the sweet toothed chocaholics!

Good price, efficient delivery.
I've ordered a few things from here now and have always had quick delivery, well packaged goods and good customer service; including rectifying my mistake when I said I'd pick them up from the depot even though I live miles away. The price has always been competitive too.
