Agri-Fab Avis 

I purchased the Agrifab Dethatcher. The assembly instructions were horrible, the descriptions were vague . The diagrams on the instructions were horrible even with a magnifying glass. They should fire the technical writer. This company has the nerve to tell you not to review them on their poor performance. Assembly was a nightmare. Haven't used it yet because it takes forever to figure out what they are talking about. They should do a much better job on the front end. Very disappointed. Bad experience.

I ordered an Agri-fab Smart Link Master Platform from Home Depot. Upon assembling the Clevis pin hole to attach to tractor did not align making it impossible to use. I called Agri-Fab and was greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable people who listened and even went over which parts were affected. Once identified, they proceeded to say new parts were being shipped to me. No questions,no issue. 3 days later the parts were at my door and were perfect. I am now an Agri-Fab customer for life. I could not have asked for more. GREAT COMPANY ! Thank you Agri-Fab.

Wrong parts in the box and they refuse to mail correct parts overnight or even 3 day priority. Unorganized!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star after how they have treated us then threatened us with solicitors after leaving a bad review to warn other people not to buy off them. Their company dissolved in 2019 and they have ripped people off taking money upfront and not delivered their goods luckily we used PayPal after our bank telling us it was a fraudulent company. Other people haven’t been as lucky. Nadine lies and uses children’s illness's as an excuse. Kept changing the delivery date so we demanded our money back. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY

Unable to adjust height and wheels rotate ;however sweepers do not. Worst lawn equipment that I have ever owned.

I got a Agri- fab drop spreader after using it for just a few times it is totally rusted and seized up and of course the company doesn’t support the product essentially leaving me to either buy a new one or find another brand. A real company would have parts that are not more expensive than the replacement cost of the machine.

I ordered a tow behind sprayer through Home Depot and I received it but it was missing parts. I contacted agri-fab to have the parts replaced and only received one of them. I contacted them again to receive the other missing parts and I'm still waiting for them to ship. I've had the sprayer for over a month and it is still inoperable. Terrible company to deal with and good luck getting parts from them. I do not recommend buying their products. Don't end up like me with a sprayer that doesn't work. Now spraying season is almost over and thanks to their inability to pack all the parts I was not able to spray in time. I feel ripped off!

Please think twice before ordering from Agri-Fab, we ordered stable doors for which payment was required in full up front. We never received the stable doors despite endless promises that the doors were ready and would be delivered without fail. The only reason for the promises was to delay us taking legal action. Nadine constantly lies and is completely untrustworthy. We have since issued court proceedings to reclaim our money as also ignored our requests for a refund despite never delivering our doors. We have now CCJ against them and have instructed baliffs. We would not recommend any dealings with them.

I purchased an AGRI-FAB Smart-Sweep 44 inch Towed Leaf Sweeper in the UK. The lawn sweeper lasted 15 minutes before the hinge for the bag detached on one side, the bag then dragged on the ground on one side, and the resulting twisting caused the arm on the other side to bend and the bag split. The problem is that the “hinge” used to allow the bag to pivot when emptying is just a crude T-slot with a bolt acting as the axle. Unless your lawn is very flat it’s easy for the bolt to jump out the T-slot and detach. These sweepers are relatively cheap in the US, and so designed down to a price. But for the price they sell for in Europe I’d expect a proper hinge, and a machine that lasts longer than 15 minutes before breaking. Agri-Fab didn’t bother responding to the UK dealer when contacted about this issue. I thought I was paying a premium price for a premium quality product. But now I wished I’d bought one of the other sweepers on the market for half the price.
