A fantastic overall experience from AGR Models. I was just randomly looking one night for a die cast star wars ship i had only recently found out about. And google search results brought me to AGR models where not only was it in stock it was VERY reasonably priced compared to other UK stockists. I made an order the next day.

Kudos to the staff as it was noted on the item description that there was a small tear on the box for the item. While this didn't matter to me it would to some collectors. So good of them to let folk know. The item arrived a couple of days later exceptionally well packaged, I was super chuffed with it, good communication from AGR as well via email.

And that small tear that was mentioned. I did eventually find it! And it was pretty tiny! Again this didn't bother me as i was always going to unbox and display the item. But again it is good that AGR models mentioned this. I'll certainly keep an eye on their stock for any future ships in that range!

Really positively surprised on how quick my delivery arrived.

Cars were secured in a box still wrapped up in original plastic wrap.

This was my first ever purchase of 1/64 scale car models and I am very happy of how detailed the cars are.

Item dispatched quickly, extremely well packaged and delivery exactly when they said it would be. Can't fault anything and would definately use again should my 8 year old grandson find another "must have car"

Honestly near perfect from start to finish. Paid for a 2 fast 2 furious model car (Paul Walkers Nissan Skyline R-34) and I was emailed straight away. The next day I received 2 more emails, one to say it had finished processing and one giving me a link to track it via Royal Mail. The tracking is really appreciated and when it arrived it was packaged so well with loads of bubble wrap and nicely boxed.

The only one really minor thing I would say, and I’m only pointing this out incase they see this, is on the second email it’s stated “your order is now complete” which is slightly confusing because I would take complete as me having it in my hands. They meant it had finished processing, but maybe put that as the header instead of complete but that’s literally the smallest thing.

Overall highly recommend, they offered the item at the best possible price, kept me updated and provided tracking and when the model arrived it was packaged perfectly.

Added a note to the order to request if the package (ordered early Thurs morning) can be dispatched and posted ASAP in hopes of it arriving by Sunday so we can gift it to our friend for his birthday.

Got a dispatch confirmation email later that morning along with a note saying the order was specifically dispatched with higher priority, as well as AGR Models personally covering the extra cost of Royal Mail 24h delivery so that it’ll arrive by Friday/Saturday so we can gift it to our friend in time for his birthday.

Just got an email from Royal Mail notifying me that the package will arrive tomorrow (Friday).
