I have been a loyal customer of Ahava for many years. The last 3 orders I received had dates beyond the shelf life. Anna F sent me a return label and will hopefully give me a refund. She is blaming the warehouse for the problem but where is quality control. The products definitely deteriorate and should not be sent to customers. Their customer service is NOT service at all since they rarely answer the phone and do not reply to emails. Other companies accept their shortcomings and try to maintain good customer relations. Ahava does not.
I have bought Ahava off and on for years, but from a Dept. Store. The online store is another matter — TERRIBLE Customer Service! I placed an order in the amount of $119.50 — a handy sum — for several products. I was tracking the order and suddenly received a message from the USPS that the order had been "returned to sender — Ahava" due to insufficient address. I checked the tracking and sure enough, these folks left off THE STREET ADDRESS for my shipping!!!! It had the Suite Number, the city and state, but NO STREET!!! I checked my account online and my address was complete and correct on their website. They actually sent it out without a street address.
I then "opened a ticket" on the order — TWICE. TWICE I got blank emails in return from the now infamous Shireen who is mentioned in several other reviews here. How does this person remain employed at Ahava???? She actually sent me empty emails! I never received any communication about what they were going to do — either resend my order or refund my money! Finally I called them after TWO WEEKS of nothing! No one answers the phone! During the middle of the morning. No answer. I left a message and sent an email. Finally I got an email back from Dear Shirreen — and she wanted to know if I wanted a refund or to have the products sent back out. This took over two weeks. No apology for sending the order with no street address! No acknowledgment of their error. Because of that, I said: REFUND PLEASE. And I made it clear I will never order from them again, nor will I buy Ahava anywhere.
What is going on with this Israeli company that they are allowing this dreadful anti-customer behavior to go on? The complaints on here are all the same! Simply Terrible Customer Service.
I placed my 1st order and then got an email for my 15% discount. I contacted them 3 times through the website and 2 times by calling and no one answers. It has now been a week and their customer service is terrible. If I could, I would give them a negative stary.
I made an order this month on Ahava for the first time. I tried a toner that I had never tried before. I was very happy with the toner. I also liked the fact they allowed me to pick three samples but also sent a few extra in the package. I enjoyed the samples and decided to buy a night cream because of them. I will order from them in the future!
Horrible customer service - they will not answer, return calls, or emails after they sent damaged products - I will never order from them again
#1. Unprofessional Customer Service (Shireen H). Uncouth, frivolous, and cantankerous.

They really need to upgrade the product ingredients upon their website.
I purchased two products, even with the 25% off they were over priced, the quality is the equivalent to the $1 store.
IT took almost 3weeks for a refund.

Good product overall but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'm never ordering them again.First and last time. I talked to someone and explained that before making my purchase I called and spoke to a representative and asked what I should get based on my age, skin type and products currently used. She recommended a cream that felt like nothing so I had to return it. The serum she told me not to get is the only thing that worked. If the staff is not qualified to help and doesn't have knowledge of the line, they should not charge return shipping. I'm in PST and tried for weeks to reach someone but their EST hours mean there was never anyone there when I could finally call on my lunch break. Even when I managed to call in the am, it went to voicemail because they were all busy! It must be nice not to need new customers since they apparently couldn't care less about good customer service. The person I spoke with didn't offer to check with a supervisor was just like, sorry that's our policy. Oh well, sorry I don't like your faulty policy, your incompetent staff and I'm NEVER buying any of your products again
Terrible customer service. I had a problem with the shipping of my order and the rep accused me of lying and told me it had been delivered. If it was delivered, I never received it. Incredibly rude rep. I will never shop at Ahava again.
I have been using dead sea products for years and I just love it. I t is just the best treatment for my skin, for some reason nothing works for me like dead sea products do.
Will keep using Ahava products for ever!
Bestilte 10 øjen make up fjerner og da de ikke var på lager, blev der sendt en mail om jeg ville have sendt den ene der var på lager og så vente med resten til de kom, self uden ekstra omkostninger.
Efter nogle uger får jeg så en mail hvor der står at det ikke er den samme make up fjerner de har fået denne gang, og om jeg vil have mine penge refunderet for de 9 andre, plus jeg ikke skal betale for portoen for den ene jeg havde fået.
Det er delme god service :D
