Alan Ward Furniture Avis 

We recently bought new oak bedroom furniture and a new mattress from Alan Wards in Shrewsbury. The store was very easy to deal with, the staff are very knowledgeable and provided all the information needed to make the best decision for us. Alan Wards have plenty of choice and I would highly recommend the store.

very disappointed with the quality of the build. In fact I intend on calling the company to have something done about it as it is not acceptable. Only 3 weeks old and the arm rest side of the sofa is wobbling and creaking like mad.

Great service throughout, wardrobe delivered early and fitted perfectly.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful, whether on the shop floor on the phone or making deliveries. Furniture is good quality and the system is well organised, keeping us informed as to what happens next.

I’m really pleased with my recliner chair and the colour as well well worth the wait and time as well I’m disabled so getting the right chair took a little time finding The quality and finish as well fits lovely into the space without looking out of place.

In store Mark at the Chester branch was very helpful and not pushy in the least
Nothing was too much trouble for him
It took us 3 visits before deciding on the purchase and we saw Mark each time
Delivery crew were also very good although we weren't expecting it to be delivered because of the pandemic it was delivered within the time slot we were given and the boys were very professional
Would be very happy to deal with the store again in the future and highly recommend them

Excellent service they kept hold of our suit for 10 weeks as we were not ready for it! They then delivered within a week even in the restricted environment. Nothing too much trouble! Thank you.

Shopping experience excellent and deserves 5 stars. However, premium delivery and set up service not recommended. How the bed settee wasn’t damaged in the delivery and set up process was a miracle. We had to leave the room as watching the bed settee being manhandled was a stressful experience. We have changed our minds about purchasing a new bed from your store next year due to this experience.

Just a great experience from the start a great friendly sales team nothing was too much trouble. No pressure selling made sure we were happy with our order to the team who delivered the bed erected it and even took the rubbish away.

Everyone is really polite and delivered with care to exactly where I wanted it.

We were not put under any pressure to purchase during our several visits to the store but were given advice when we requested it. The delivery was within the time that we were originally advised it would be and the delivery men were extremely careful when bringing the furniture into the house. We would definitely recommend Alan Ward Furniture.
