Albany Pest Control  Avis 

Unfortunately the visits by Albany didn't deal with the pest issues on site and an alternative pest control contractor has been appointed. We question exactly what Albany did on their visits, as this was a serious rat infestation that they seemed unable to get on top of.

Unprofessional operator. Created fake technician inspection reports. When this was raised, despite escalating it to the MD I never received a satisfactory response. Customer Service is poor and unreliable shoddy service.

The technician Calum was extremely professional and efficient. He carried out his work in a friendly manner with no disruption to the people working around him. However, I was unaware he was booked in as I did not receive any communication beforehand from yourselves. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Our technician, Gary, was very professional. He turned up on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to explain how mice were entering my property. He also promptly followed up with the post inspection report and was very clear on next steps. Very impressed with Albany.

I was really disappointed with the communication of this company. I had to be the one to follow up on appointments and prices and ask where the technician was as he was late even though time slot is 3 hours. They tried to rearrange my time slots after they had been booked in for weeks and were only helpful in providing another suitable date after I had to write a rather aggressive email. When they were in the house they did an ok job.

We work closely with Albany on some of our properties and i highly recommend them, no issue is to small and Deborah Paradise is always happy to help me when i have any questions or queries :) we look forward to continuing our working relationship.
