I seem to have more bedbugs running…
I seem to have more bedbugs running around after the sprayings than I had before also some areas I ask to be sprayed wasn't.
Example my shower curtain I asked to be sprayed however when I was getting ready to shower I found a nest of bedbugs in the top right hand corner of the shower curtain, I had to use sticky tape to get them.

So sorry to have read about the bedbug issue you have. I have reviewed the case in full and would like to address the issues raised.
We did provide a room preparation sheet, to support in advance of our attendance, and I have reviewed the reports and there is clutter everywhere, this is severely restricting the treatment process. You also failed keep your second appointment with us, despite email confirmation. In relation to the shower curtain request, we would not spray the curtain, even if you asked us as it is a significant risk and not at all the safe use of pesticide, this was done for your protection.
With regards to the bedbugs running around, you will get increased activity after applying insecticide, however due to the lack of room preparation, which we reported there were areas we could not reach.
I will have our Service Manager reach out to arrange a free of charge treatment up to help resolve this for you.

Technicians were really helpful but the customer service was poor and no personality as they just throw handouts at you and ask for payment with little guidance on the process.

It started well and all were very…n b
It started well and all were very helpful especially when wanting the instruction and payment. Jonathan the technician was delightful and respectful when carrying out the treatments . He was very informative and considerate so no complaints there .
However when I needed further assistance my calls were not returned . The girls on reception could not answer my questions and said someone would call me . I had to persist .
This can be an anxious time for customers so felt there was little empathy .
Thankfully It turned out I didn’t have a problem with pests . However I would use Albany again.

Very efficient answering service
Very efficient answering service. Immediate attention. Our carpet moth treatment was fixed for the very next day after we called. Helpful and friendly staff. Let's hope it keeps the moths off the new carpet!
