Alba Rose Avis

Great communication! Ashes kit arrived quickly, order placed online and my beautiful bead arrived within ONE WEEK ! Presented in a lovely gift box, so so happy, had so many comments ~ Thankyou for such fabulous service !!

Beautiful necklace , thank you x

Beautiful jewelry for that very special memory to keep with you all times. I lost my beautiful boy Boombies (pug) and I knew I wanted something amazing to keep him with me and Alba Rose provided it. I got a stunning glass bead with my boys ashes in and it is gorgeous, with his name engraved around the edges. It arrived quicker than they said but I was happy to get it sooner.

A very special ring, beautifully crafted

Bought my wedding ring from them when they had the Blue Water store and had great service then but sadly lost a diamond out of it recently. It has diamonds all the way around so I had been concerned about ever day wear and tear and had taken insurance out but hadn't noticed the payments had stopped when my card had expired amongst all the other payments that come out every month. Contacted Alba Rose to find out why and had insurance reinstated and as a gesture of good faith, they replaced the missing stone free of charge. Really helpful once again and can't fault them. First class service. Just sad the Blue Water Store has gone but would certainly highly recommend them. When I originally bought it the girls on the store were just lovely and really helpful advising on which metals and clarity to go for etc etc. Thank you Alba Rose!

Best service didn’t take long to comeback and love my new piece x

Beautiful cremation jewellry. Highly recomend. Very pleased with service.

Very quick and efficient service. My necklace was beautiful. I expected a tiny pendant but received a good sized pendant with chain in a lovely box. I put it on straight away. I love it. Thank you

Thank you to Alba Rose for mine and my daughters necklaces they are beautiful. Tracking the progress was easy. They emailed when they received mums ashes which put my mind at rest because there is the fear that they might go missing. Thank you again in shall enjoy wearing it knowing that mum will always be with me.

Received a beautiful ring & necklace in memory of my Nanna.
Came in a lovely presented box with certificate of authenticity & they returned ashes they didn't use.
It offers great comfort having a part of my Nanna with me.
Excellent service & received my jewellery before for period they estimated.

Very fast service , couldn't be happier with my item

Beautiful jewelry . I'm very pleased with my pendant . It's made exquisitely . However I'm very disappointed I have not received my 15% discount . I sent an e-mail explaining this but have not had any reply . I would appreciate your assistance in correcting this matter . Many thanks .

Absolutely beautiful charm and beautiful packaging. Very sentimental xx

Very happy with our rings purchased for Mums ashes. Excellent communication and prompt delivery.

Thank you very much

Beautiful jewellery, great quality and speedy delivery. Customer service was excellent when I needed a minor adjustment. Thanks to everyone involved. Highly recommended.

I recently lost my dog through ill health and wanted something I could have with me all the time. The bead is beautiful, engraved with her name and wearable all the time. The service from Alba Rose could not be faulted, from the request for the ashes kit to receipt of the bead - I cannot recommend them enough.

Amazing quality, beautiful ring and ear rings and super fast turn around. Love the fact that there is a pay monthly option as well as many other companies don't offer this service. Can't recommend them enough everyone has commented on how amazing it is! The only negative thing I would say is that I was offered a 15% off discount code which I wasn't able to use in conjunction with the finance option, but apart from that no complaints at all!

Easy to order very quick return & beautifully presented very respectful I would definitely recommend Alba Rose.

fantastic quality, really pleased and fast delivery, would recommend any one thinking of having their loved ones ashes in jewellery. I am chuffed to pieces with my ring and will treasure it forever. Thank you Alba rose...

Amazing service from start to finish...
