I bought a handbag for my mum's birthday. Paid excessive next day delivery fee. Yet, after 2 days Aldo did not post my item. I had to reach out to them. They claimed that they did not know what happened from their end. I had to contact them that I purchased a bag from them before they even posted it. I am yet to receive it. The birthday I bought the bag for has even passed. Avoid this company

Me los entregaron con muchísimos días de retraso y la atención al cliente es pésima. Ahora resulta que los botines son incómodos y la política de devolución es que te encargues tú de enviarlo con tú propio transporte y pagando tú los gastos. Por lo cuál, es carisimo y un coste muy elevado. Vamos que me he comido los botines con patatas. No volveré a comprar.

High delivery and return charges compared to other companies. No response when I emailed queries to them twice. I think Aldo needs to work on their customer service. I won't be a returning customer.

I bought two shoes from Aldo and used one and kept the other in hopes of wearing it on a more formal occassion. When I wore it my bad luck was that it rained and I tried to protect my new shoes but still got a few drops on it. After drying the color of the drops did not go away and the shoe is ruined now with black spots. Called Aldo and since it was more than 3 months that I bought it they did not even want to do anything about it or even try and provide an alternate. All I got was a promo code which I declined because I am never going to shop from them ever since they don't stand by their products. And it was not a cheap shoe by any means.

Online store has a ridiculous return policy. They are thieves who wont refund you for their their poor quality products. Sies

I purchased shoes from Aldo while on vacation, brought them home and wasn’t planning on wearing them until the summer as i wanted them as a summer sneaker. I went to go put them on the other day and they are two VERY different sizes (a good 2 size difference) despite the fact that they are printed as the same size on both the sole and tongue of both shoes. Reached out to them and because I don’t have my receipt anymore they can not do anything for me. I even sent them pictures of the clear size difference. Horrendous service, will never shop there again! How do you sell these shoes with two completely different sizes as a PAIR?! And then not offer a refund?!

Tras varios meses de utilización del triptófano con melatonina he conseguido reducir al mínimo la medicación para el sueño, cuestión importante puesto que no me gusta medicarme. Así que genial.

Scam on the finest, a Chinees company is behind, which will send you something completly different than the product you ordered (I ordered ALDO shoes and got cheap, ugly man sunglasses) and they will also try to issue other payments, my bank was aware so they blocked my card before they could book off more money without my permission. Do not order from this scam site!

Ojo, no compréis online, la política de devolución es que tu pagas 100% el envío de vuelta desde correos hasta Portugal, vamos que no te arriesgues. Es tan abusivo que me ha dejado pasmada. No compréis nada en su tienda.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from what I thought was an Irish business. It turns out it is a Chinese company. They sent me a scarf and refused to refund me my money unless I returned the scarf and only when they received it back. I would not use this website. Extremely poor customer service.

We had a great experience at Aldo Outlet in Tanger Ottawa. Prices are super low. What really made our visit awesome was the Amazing customer service we got from Micheal! He was super patient and helped us find everything we were looking for!

Do not buy from aldoireland.com it’s a scam. I ordered shoes and a month later received a pair of cheap sunglasses. I emailed them and they said my original order got lost in transit and they didn’t have any of the shoes left in stock to resend them. Complete lies, as why would they then send a random pair of sunglasses. Stupid people. Steer clear

My husband ordered a tote bag for me for Christmas and I received a pair of cheap sunglasses, after waiting 4wks.
Please don’t order from this site and waste your money.

I ordered shoes, got cheap a$$ sunglasses. The email they provide as customer support is fake. Robbed €60 from me. I’m just gonna laugh now and learn a lesson.

We bought shoes in an original Aldo store in Mexico City. After only one day, the sole came off because the glue is extremely poor quality. From the outside the shoes look high quality because there is a fake seam on the sole that serves no purpose. We wanted to return the shoes. Unfortunately we lost the paper invoice. But we had the product number on the box and a digital credit card invoice as proof. We were treated extremely rudely and told without a paper invoice Aldo could not take the product back. Now we are left with a very expensive pair of shoes that are unusable after one day. Do not buy shoes from this company!

This is a scam, ordered a handbag never received it asked numerous times to have funds returned. Of course no reply. Order placed back in September 2022

Zeer onbetrouwbaar! Aldo Nederland zit in China, lijkt op dropshipping. 2 orders geplaatst (en betaald), nooit iets ontvangen. Ze zijn alleen per mail bereikbaar maar reageren zelden of nooit. Nadat ik heel vaak heb gemaild bieden ze nu (na 4 maanden) een refund van 35% aan omdat de orders “kwijt zijn”. Ik adviseer om hier niets te bestellen, is een stelletje oplichters

Ordered a pair of Aldo shoes online.
Waited over 10days for the item to arrive only to discover that they sent the wrong shoes in the wrong size.
I returned the shoes and they still charged me for delivery.

Customer support is non existent. Very poor experience.
Order at you own risk.
