Aldo's sneakers falling apart on first use
Bought ALDO's expensive RPPL sneakers, they started falling apart on the first wear. What is worse, their customer service has been stalling me for years, promising a refund that never comes. We have exchanged about 50 emails, Facebook messages etc. (with Mr. Wesley Barrett and others) and nothing. Is this a scam or a real company?

BAD APPALLING EXPERIENCE
I placed an order that was promised to reach me by 13th March and when I didnt hear anything back from Aldo, I contacted CS only to be told that I have to wait another 5 days to receive my order.. THAT'S 10 DAYS IN TOTAL!!!!!! no fault of my own, I now have to wait for my shoes when I bought them to wear on the weekend. I then get told by CS agent online that they will give me a voucher code to use IN STORE AND ONLINE but the email then comes through telling me I CAN ONLY USE IT ONLINE! REALLY?!?!?!?!?!
First time ordering online and this is what happens! Really need to sort your online system out and if it hadn't been for me contacting them they wouldn't have bothered!

The WORST COMPANY TO ever buy anything…
The WORST COMPANY TO ever buy anything from. I've ordered shoes on sale that have never been sent, after a.weel a rand customer service to check on them as they haven't arrived. I was informed that parcel is missing and then I was promised to send another pair. now the second parcel is lost and I still don't have ordered shoes.
it seems very messy, they don't care about their customers!! as I said in my emails I would like the shoes that i have ordered, the fact that you don't.have them anymore in stock it's not my problem as I havnt been informed about it for a month.....
As a company you should have informed me about the situation rather than claiming that shoes are missing and blaming parcel company for loosing the package.
I will literally make sure to let everyone about your customer service and online shopping experience.
