I would like to add that the bottom pole of the parasol was slightly warped when received, no problem as when I contacted customer service was asked for photographic evidence, which was provided, and without hesitation was provided a replacement

Fair products, delivery and customer service could be better
Bought 2 parasols of different design but matching colours. Generally pleased with the quality of the parasols. However, delivery driver didn't want to lift the 50kg base off the lorry himself so I had to do it. Unfortunately the parasol covers were different colours - one very light and one grey - as small issue perhaps but frustrating as we had hoped that a company like Alexander Rose would nail this attention to detail given the money spent. I contacted customer services who were pretty unhelpful and blamed the factory.

Quality of chairs good, and delivered quickly.

Unfortunately the Companion Set Cover…
Unfortunately the Companion Set Cover wasn’t available when I called but the customer advisor was able to say when a delivery was scheduled so I placed the order. As advised I got word that item was in and would be posted next day. Excellent service! Item was as described and appeared to be of a good quality material and will protect Companion Set from winter weather for many years to come. Good value item.

Top Notch Table
Purchased this table to go with existing chairs we had from a different company.
Forrunately matches really well and so pleased with the high quality of it.
Only problem was getting it through the front door so fortunately had to lift over neighbours garden fence.

Cost us to return an unwanted order that wasn’t our fault
All fine except misinformation given in ordering that no parasol cover was included when there was. We then ordered another cover which was refunded but we had to bear the cost of return postage which I found a bit poor. The quality of the parasol and base are far less than the last one we had - thinner pole and flimsier parasol.
