They always tell lies , no response once you give them money. They don't honour the promised hotels and they take the entire amount. They confirm pathetic hotels just before travel inspite of asking them every day after the payment to give hotel confirmation.

if any body like to waste money and ruined there experience use there services , they all are fraud took money send hotel voucher but hotel wastn't book when you reach makkah , and never answer calls you will be stuck if you book with them

It’s very horrible and worst experience with this company Alhijaz travel agency never reqmend any body to go with this company they did not provide services which I paid I paid breakfast including but hotel management said breakfast didn’t include Alhijaz company provide me hotel confirmation over there breakfast mentioned when I travel to makkah Alhijaz call me we didn’t get your wife visa do u paid extra 90 ponds then we apply again visa that time I paid him but I already paid them two thousand pounds for visa tickets and hotel stay we written proof then why they charge extra 90 ponds when we went to madina he send us hotel confirmation when we reached there the hotel manager said here is no booking
I face lots of headache and tension this company is really fraud and massing with people the guys over there are amir and yasir they are big layers no body booking ummrah or hajj with this company he told me it’s fourth star hotel but hotel is not two star especially in madina

Please avoid this company with all cost.MR AMIR collected money from me and is not refunding me back my £800.They are scammers!!!He is rude and the organisation has poor services.Pls travel to Umurah with reliable services.
I am not happy and they don’t care.They do not practice what Quran says.I am taking this case to ombudsman because their lies and incompetence .

Alhamdulillah we booked our Umrah package through Al hijaz travels. They were very helpful and they are good value for money. Especially special thanks to Sofia G who looked after our all needs. Excellent services highly recommended.

This was our first hajj and we wanted it to be perfect and that it was from the start brother wahab in the office and brother raza kept us up to date throughout right up to departure date always there to answer any questions from departure we were led by brother Wasim who would be leading us right through the hajj journey kind humble patient just some of the words I would use to describe him during our stay the field team in Mecca were always there on hand for all our needs with brother wahab now in General mode overseeing the different groups from around the UK arriving for the pilgrimage our hotel stay was perfect within walking distance of haram sharif and local amenities the team were brilliant working under exceptional circumstances to make our stay as comfortable as possible even at times when conditions were not in their control including mina Arafat and muzzalfa stay the team did their best in madina it was a bit quieter and peaceful our hotel was on the door step of the prophets mosque ziarats were well explained and we spent reasonable time at each stop overall completed hajj without any issues and met some wonderful full people in our group shall remember all in our prayers

Al Hajj made this once in a lifetime experience smooth and memorable. Everything they stipulated to, they fulfilled. Their food was good. The accomodation was good in relation to the package. Their communication was good bar a couple hiccups. Their organisation was fair. Overall the hajj experience was good. I would highly recommend.

The tour leads (brothers Abdul Wahab and Waseem Bhai) were very good charismatic individuals.
The rooms in both Mecca and Madina were poor (drawers with no bottoms, filthy bathrooms, dusty air conditioning), but on a positive, close to the Haram and Masjid Nabawi.
Whilst there was little choice in food (Pakistani food), there was ample and generally was tasty. You’d never go hungry.
For me a key part of the experience was an interactive imam. Unfortunately on this occasion this didn’t happen. The imam made very little attempt to lead or guide the group. I would suggest organisers think carefully about the group and ensure an appropriate imam is allocated.
The group on general were very good. Made some excellent friends.
The arrangements for flights and internal transfers (coach) were very good.

Hotels were close and convenient.it was a nice touch with the backpack, shoulder bag, umbrella, stoning pouch and shoe bag.

A little more time spent on tours without being rushed would have been better. More details about the hajj rituals and history would have been useful for some of the first time hajjis.

Food was served 3 times daily. Good for desi foodies. Sometimes, food could have been warmer, with more choices for non Asian food munchers. Good choice of drinks.

A little help and support from another group was welcomed at Mina/Arafat/Muzdalifah.

Overall, Alhamdulillah, it went as good as it could, considering everything. Could have been worse.A great bunch of people were on the same beautiful journey MashAllah. Made some positive friendships. Abdul Wahab was the leader, who kept the group updated with information and selfies😁::::::group photos. This company is a viable option, depending on your expectations. My mother, who was with me, subhan Allah,has been on different occasions to Umrah/Hajj and found Al Hajj exceeded some former experiences.

This company is a viable option, depending on your expectations. There is a lot of people catering for the Hajj/Umrah industry, only very few stand out. Experience . Attention to detail, great customer service throughout, divides and dictates a quality service: Organisers cannot be self serving, as it will show through the experience of the pilgrims. Quality of service can only be measured by quality of feedback.

Amazing company to go umrah or hajj with. My mum has enjoyed her three week pilgrimage to the holy land via al hajj! Service and accomodation is a well done! Thumbs up.

Alihamdulilah, the 2019 Hajj with Alhajj travel & tours was exceptional. The tour guide were incredible with an indept knowledge of the entire hajj process. Very pleased and satisfied that I was with Alhajj group and will not hesitate to travel with them in the future. They are reliable and dependable.

Our hajj experience went very well generally. Abdul Wahab obviously knows what he is doing so we always followed his instructions. The first hotel was OK because of its distance from the haram. Although if Wahab wants to use them again tell the hotel to buy some new dining tables and chairs as they were dirty. The DIY in the bathrooms could be better. The Medina Hotel was close aswell but really busy. They were stingy with their cleaning and toilet rolls. Overall the only hard ship I suffered was in Mina but that is a note for the hajj ministry. The toilet situation needs to be sorted. Also less people stuffed in the tents. Also there should be better arrangements for those who can't walk from Mina to Mekkah. You should also be prepared for a long journey home on Gulf Air.

Everything that was promised was fulfilled. Mr Abdul Wahab, the proprietor of the company, is a very polite, cooperative and caring man who always made sure that everyone was counted and at the right place at the right time. The food provided was very nice and the portions were huge. When those who had booked for a less duration had left and those rooms became vacant, he enabled families to stay together. Full guidance was provided throughout the trip. Overall it was a very friendly, positive environment and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Alhamdulliah very Pleasant experience,Al Hajj Group specially Abdul wahab and Waseem bahi gave everyone a special treatment although people like me are very nervous first experience for hajj and also i haven’t book directly with them but thanks to Al Hajj they make my Hajj journey smooth and pleasant as possible.
I really recommend if anyone or friends and family members looking for next year Hajj or anytime Umra do book with them directly.

It is very fantastic expierience. Everything went according to the plan and even exceed my expectation. The location of the two Hoteks from both Harlan’s are priceless. Food was served three times a day although it was mentioned that it will be breakfast and dinner only.

I am the only one from Glasgow and although I did not book directly with Alhajj company, I was worried just in case I feel lonely but it was the complete opposite. I did not feel isolated at all throughout the whole trip.
Organizors have made too much efforts to make it smooth. Although it was mentioned in the package that transportation from Mina to Makka will not provided, I did really like the way they have managed it. In the first day of Eid, One organizor went with the first group to Makka and managed efficiently and effectively everything to bring the group back to Mina and the other organizor stayed with the rest of the group at Mina. On the second day, the same thing happened with swapping over roles. For me this is an example of good leadership.
Although I came with the 3weeks package, but once the 2 weeks group package arrived, I felt we are all one group under the supervision of two organizors.

Communication was very good using Whattsapp group but for visits, etc there is always a notice board in the restaurant.

Food was cleanly prepared and I felt most of the time I am eating at home. Having food served at hotel was excellent idea as everybody warbed me eating out in any restaurants during hajj

Last but not least, thank you so much for helping to make the Hajj trip very smooth and I would recommend this company to everyone. I must say it is value for money for sure.

Really good experience Alhumdulillah. Group leader Wahab was really helpful throughout booking, planning and actual trip. Lots of good communication and helpful tips.

The Makkah hotel was about 10min walk from Haram, it was economy class but surprisingly clean. Food provided 3 times per day... Food was average and always asian/desi food, more selection could have been better.

Mina hotel was only 2 min walk to haram. Better standard than Makkah hotel although same food choices.

Overall as a travel agency I would highly recommend... You get what was offered on the tin. Reliable and honest. Group organisers Wahab and Waseem went out of their way daily. Thank you, Zed :-)

Assalam o alaikum.. I would like to share that my experience with Al Hajj tours was absolutely amazing.. they are very professional, kind, tolerant, understanding and caring. Throughout the journey the way they looked after their group was exceptional. I have 2 children and they were great mentors and teachers for them.. Ma Shaa Allah they learned a lot. We felt very safe with them. The hotels were of very high standard and food was really good.. better than what we expected. Overall, their services were highly commendable and I will recommend them to everyone I know .. May Allah SWT be pleased with them for taking people to these blessed spiritual journeys and reward them in this life and the next Ameen Sum Ameen
