Asalaamalaikum, We recently came back from a educational tour of Baghdad, Karbala, and najaf, with this group. The organisation of the group was tremendous, everything went so smoothly....the food and hotel was excellent. The group leaders and tourists were helpful and friendly. The ziyarats were a real eye opener, I honestly recommend anyone looking to go, to go with this group! It was an amazing experience and lots to learn about the history. I have now decided to go on hajj with this group this year. Thank you to al hajj group

Overall our Hajj experience was mashallah very good. Most definitely going with AlHajj Tours again and have highly recommended family and friends to use them.

Me and my wife are happy with the services offered by ALHAJJ Travel & Tours during the Hajj 2018. This package is worth for money. I will say best in the market on this price. Accommodation very close to Haram sharif & the prophet mosque in Medina. yes this is non shifting package. Good quality food was provided 3 times a day with a lot of choices. Religious guidance was available all the time. Group leaders Abdul wahab & Brother Waseem very supportive and happy to help. Stay in Mina and Arafat is really worth mentioning. No doubt Moolam also did a lot for the Hajjis. I will recommend AL HAJJ Travel & Tours for your journey to Hajj

Alhamdulillah, I recently went to perform Hajj and can honestly say that I feel privileged to have been part of the Al Hajj group. 

Without question, Hajj is both a physically and mentally testing journey that requires the utmost level of patience and humility. I therefore cannot begin to stress the importance of being part of a caring and supportive group of people during this time. Al Hajj travels were exactly that. They went to extreme efforts in working to make it a comfortable experience for each and every Hajji in the group. Fellow Hajjis were also very kind and friendly which further complimented the experience. There was certainly a real sense of love and togetherness amongst everyone! 

At the very beginning of our journey, we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were well informed, instructed thoroughly and added to a WhatsApp group which would ensure that communication was never missed and that everyone would continue to feel at ease about any updates and general information. 

Upon arriving in Makkah, we were greeted with gifts and a hot meal which really made us feel a sense of unity and readiness for the start of this blessed and spiritual journey we had embraced. 

During our time at Mina, we were pleasantly surprised by air conditioned tents which certainly made the stay far more comfortable. Al Hajj had also gone to a great deal of effort to ensure that we had a pleasant stay in Arafat, including rolled out sleeping bags, thick, cushioned prayer mats and plenty of food and drink. We were also given Al Baik which went down a treat!

I cannot begin to thank Brother Abdul Wahab enough for his kindness and integrity; along with his team, who went to a great deal of effort at any given situation, particularly Brother Waseem. They all had a great deal of positive energy throughout the journey and what I believe particularly distinguishes them from many other Hajj groups, (having heard of some not so positive experiences) is how very accessible they were throughout the whole experience! Brother Abdul was easily reachable and at the ready to accommodate anyone's needs. Each of his team I can genuinely say, without hesitation would go the extra mile to help us, and for that, I'm sure I speak on behalf of all who were there, am truly grateful. 

Despite many of the challenges and difficulties one may face during Hajj, Al Hajj continued to ensure that everything took place in a smooth manner. They truly paid attention to detail and there was an obvious great deal of passion from all the group leaders who were not only wonderfully approachable, but whom I can honestly say, offered sincere and very genuine care like that of a family! It was a truly heartfelt experience and one that I would recommend to anyone planning to perform Hajj Insha'Allah

This was our first Hajj as a family, Bhai Abdul Wahab was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay both in Makkah and Madinah. We had a good supportive group that helped and look after each other. It was a challenging experience but with Allah swt help we managed to complete our Hajj successfully.

My Hajj experience was amazing. I went their with my wife and only went their for the purpose of Hajj, I was not expecting a 5* hotel, I did not go there for a holiday, and did not spend much time in hotels. The service was good. What I really appreciated was that all my luggage from Mina was transported to the hotel by the agent.

On the whole both my wife's and my experience on our first Hajj with Al Hajj was positive.
The hotels were adequate (you get what you pay for) and the locations were fine too.
The food could be better (albeit we were told this was complimentary) as it was repetitive from one day to the next. But there was nothing stopping anyone venturing out to the local restaurants which we and others did on a few occasions.
However, one area that could do with improvement was the communication and planning. Not being told if there is a delay, whether this was to be expected and why, which was frustrating which could easily have been avoided.
A journey is made better by the people you meet along the way, Alhmdlh I was blessed to meet some that have made this a very memorable experience.

A great experience overall. The stay in Makkah, Madina, Mina, Arafat and Muzdhalifa was satisfactory with food and gifts provided.
The only issue i would say was that there was a breakdown of communication. Ziyarats are provided by Al Hajj tours.
I have to say that i have made friends who i can say inshallah are lifelong friends.

This was my first hajj. I found it an enjoyable experience with al-hajj thanks to our group leaders. I thought the stay at Mina would be harder, however, the facilities we were provided with made it very easy. I would recommend alhajj to all my family and friends

Sorry to say but the facilities offered were poor, food was not satisfactory and hotel hygiene was intolerable in both Mecca and Medina. What made the matter worse was the return flight took 24 hours. What was promised was not delivered.
I will never recommend this tour package agent to anyone and my advice would be to get a package from a more reputable tour company

From the outset, I believe we were set realistic expectations, the hotels were as described and the food throughout the journey was great. The transfers worked like clockwork.
Generally, the food and service throughout mina and Arafah was second to none, we were lauded with gifts, prayer mats, tea, cakes and al Baik chicken and chips, I am surprised we didn't return a great deal fatter!
The organisers were always available throughout the journey, and went out of their way to support us throughout!
I would happily recommend them to anyone planning a Hajj journey without all the bells and whistles (this is not a five star package), because it does more than just meet the basic needs. Thank you for a life changing experience!

Alhamdulillah, I completed hajj for the first time and it was thanks to al hajj travels. Abdul wahab was very helpful and made this experience for me like none other.

This was our first time.It was a good experience. Alhajj Travel and tours arranged whole trip quite good and guided the group very nicely. Stay in Makkah was reasonably good but when we went to Medina it became really crowded. And also, the hotel management didn't care much.Hotels service in both places were not satisfsctory. But the dining arrangements were OK. The whole team worked really hard.

Alhamdulillah I was given the opportunity to complete Hajj this year with my parents, through AlHajj Travel and I can honestly say we had an amazing experience. The service and support provided throughout our journey was incredible. We were given informative talks and knowledge on how our time throughout the journey should be used wisely.
I would highly recommend travelling with Abdul Wahab and hope to do so myself again some time soon Insha Allah.

I am 11 years old and I went with my parents. I had an amazing experience thanks to. Brother Wassem and Brother Abdul Wahab. Alhajj travel and tours is a really good group to go with. It was really cool to see alhajj take us on some tours around Makkah and Madina. Going to Mina and Arafat because it was a whole new experience. The group leaders (Brother Waseem and Abdul Wahab) were really organized and always made sure everyone was there. Because I’m a kid it was really fun to meet the group leaders, they were really nice and kind to me and everyone else. Hajj in 2018 was really exciting with Alhajj Travel and Tours.When we were at Muzalifah the group leaders shared food with everyone. Brother Waseem and Abdul Wahab were both stars on telling me what to do when I’m there. I would highly recommend Alhajj Travel and Tours to all my family and friends.

This was the first time we went to Hajj and we were all a bit anxious about it, but Al Hajj travel made the experience easy and wonderful. All the group leaders were very friendly, helpful and caring throughout the trip.
