24 Carat Service…AMAZING
A fantastic range of rings, great prices. I put my order in and within hours had an email from their customer service team to check the size was correct and offered to send me a ring sizer..which arrived next day. Beautifully presented ring
I purchased a ring but unfortunately a few days later I was told it’s out of stock but if I wait 3-5 weeks I would receive it then, I was worried this was a surprise engagement ring and needed for a certain time but I was assured it would arrive. It certainly did arrive earlier than stated and beautifully wrapped with a lovely box. The ring is lovely and would certainly purchase from this company again

The item was smaller than I thought it…
The item was smaller than I thought it would be, just looks a lot bigger in the pictures but that’s on me for not paying attention to the measurements in the description, And the internal packaging was ripped and damaged.
Although the item is lovely and the box it’s in is fine the overall packaging could be better.

The product I received didn't match the description and the photo, hence it was extremely overpriced for what I actually received. On top of that when I wanted to return, it turned out I need to fully pay for the delivery!!!

I bought a necklace under the pretence of delivery within 3-5 days.
Couple days later I was told delivery will be 3-5 weeks so obviously missed an important day for the gift.
