I am over the moon with my diamond…
I am over the moon with my diamond initial ring 🥰 it is beautiful. Ordering the ring was quick and simple. I was told they had to make my ring to order so had to wait a few weeks which was fine. When it arrived by special delivery it was beautifully boxed with a gift bag. I opened the box to see my amazing ring looking as beautiful as I hoped it would be. I am so happy 😊 would highly recommend All Diamond to anyone buying jewellery and I will be visiting their site again.

Lovely ring I ordered a bespoke platinum diamond ring exactly what I expected .. Albie was very helpful..I emailed the way I wanted the design .. and ring arrived and was happy with the ring perfect … excellent customer service from Albie.. and was further discount .. Must have been at least half price.. the ring looks really nice better than the actual picture

Beautiful necklace took a bit longer to arrive than i was promised
The necklace is stunning and as exactly as i had hoped. It is beautifully made and very elegant. It just took about 6 weeks to arrive, which was longer than i was told in the initial emails . They always responded to my communication and were very professional. Would recommend

Ordered a bespoke ring to match one already made by AllDiamonds.
After a lot of back and forth with AllDiamonds we ordered the ring but when it came it was not a great match although superbly made hence four stars.
From then on five stars!!
Spoke to AllDiamonds who did not quibble, had ring returned and then made a replacement. Brilliant this second time. Thanks

I haven't received my package yet. It was very important to receive on time to give as a birthday gift. I missed the birthday and I still don't have it. It's super delayed.

We’ve checked your order and can confirm that the parcel was dispatched on time and, according to FedEx tracking, was delivered as scheduled. As this was an international shipment, it was handled by FedEx, and you’ve mentioned that you believe the package may have been lost. In this case, we will need to open a claim with FedEx to investigate further.
While we absolutely sympathise with your situation and apologise on FedEx’s behalf, we do want to highlight that All Diamond fulfilled your order promptly and within the promised timeframe.
