A great experience buying my new Ford Puma. Wayne Stuart could not have been more helpful. Communication was great. It was all very smooth and simple. The car was delivered to my door and my old car collected on time within 2 weeks of my first contact. An excellent service.

This week I purchased a Fiesta Active, Unfortunately I was unable to pick up the car on the planned date as I was in hospital. Francesca Miller, the sales consultant reassured me that this was no problem and indeed it was not. The trading in of my old vehicle and purchasing of the new was handled by Francesca in exemplary style. She is a credit to Allen Ford.

Me and the wife went to allen ford in coventry for a new car. We was approached by salesman Paul Thomson who went above and beyond to help us get the right car he was pleasant and polite,We picked our new kuga up on 28/6/24,love the car and paul showed us everythink on car 10/10, P,S, Paul makes a lovely cuppa.

Bought a 2019 Ford Kuga with 9k on the clock back late 2023. The engine stopped firing last weekend. Was told by two separate mechanics/garages that the engine was bad and needs to be replaced asap. Paid over 22k for the car. I’m now stuck without a car and trying to get the insurance to sort this out. Will never buy from Allen Ford ever again

Been buying brand new fords since 2006, this is my 11th. The experience I had with this dealership is totally disgusting, they answer your phone calls every time when you are buying the vehicle but once transaction has gone through all you get is the person you are dealing with is not in today. Car arrived with dent in door marks on bonnet , media system faulty. Rusty screws put in rear number plate. Complaint has been filed with ford motor company and ford credit who are sorting out compensation with me. You have been warned. I wouldn’t use these if they were the last Ford dealership on earth. This car was supplied by the Swindon branch but sold by Northampton branch both totally useless

Recently bought a Ford Puma ST Line Vignale 155 DCT in Fantastic Red and we are delighted with the car and the service we received from Syd. He did everything he could to make the purchase fuss-free and efficient, the car was ready and immaculate when we arrived to collect it. Thanks Syd, you were great.

All good until the purchase is complete. The vehicle arrived and was discovered (a short while later) to have electrical issues and bodywork damage. Absolutely no response to repeated contact attempts to the dealer. Disgraceful.

Allen ford Northampton. Terrible customer service after the sale is completed.any issues with your vehicle and they'll just keep fobbing you off until the right to return window is closed. Roof liner hanging down at rear of vehicle wire coming from rear hatch clearly installed incorrectly after numerous emails still no further forward. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

I bought my new Ford Transit Custom Nugget Plus from Allen Ford in Swindon, and whilst there was the odd mark to touch up, Jamie in commercial sales, did an amazing job of committing to getting things sorted and ensuring I was 100% happy. Far to often folks are quick to complain, but give Jamie and his team the dues, they kept to the timeframes and provided my partner and myself a vehicle we can build some real memories in. Thanks

Found scratches on my car door, after a MOT and free car wash. This was at the Romford Branch - Justus Lane. Wouldn't recommend them, period.

Been dealing with my local branch in Stoke and the service levels were dire. Organised a new Mach e via this company and from price to delivery the communication was fantastic.

Allen Ford charged me £150 to give my Ford Ranger a quick wash. I took it in with engine maintenance light on and an intermittent problem with adblue. I wasn't expecting a repair but was hoping for some sort of indication as to what would need to be done. They didn't even bother with diagnostic report. Suppose I should feel lucky that they at least gave it a quick wash.

Fantastic service beginning to end. Could not have been more helpful and a great truck just delivered. Will definitely use again

Allen Ford had my car from 09/02/2024 at Kettering, they never had a high voltage technician qualified to fix it, the car was then moved to Coventry. They also informed me that their two HVT's had left, this was obviously rectified as I received the car back on the 08/04/2024. During this time I received two phone call's from Allen Ford, one was to suggest going through the insurance, the other was to ask me to fill out this survey, communication from Allen Ford was abysmal at best. I had to phone up at least 6 times for progress. I also had to arrange collection as I live near Kettering and no where near Coventry. No not great service.
Please don't buy electric cars.

The service from Allen ford Nuneaton has be outstanding, shoot out to Holly, Grace and Kate who have been fantastic. The delivery of my car was amazing. Kyle was great and the little red carpet walk was an extra special experience. Will be a returning customer.

My wife purchased the car from the leasing dealership team and from day one had issues with it. Once the deal has been done, the dealership did not want to know. She has had issues from day one and still has the issue ongoing over two weeks after owning the brand new vehicle. Messages not being returned emails being ignored and just the general unwillingness to help in any situation whatsoever. There is a fault with a car and I am told that I have to take it to a dealer and for me to sort out. After having done that and them having the car for nearly a week, the dealer still doesn’t know what’s wrong with it and no further forward.

It was a pleasure to purchase a car from Allen Ford Northampton, especially the help and guidance from their sales person Francesca who made great efforts to ensure we had the right car and arranging all the paper work with a trade in. She carried out all the services, paper work and delivery details with a friendly and professional attitude. Francesca is a good asset to the Sales team.
