Avoid at all costs. Scam artists. Quoted one price then charged a different, much higher price when the car was on the van. £300 for a 7 mile recovery. Utter scum bags. Use anyone else and save your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I never right reviews but I have time today. The man who deals with enquiries quoted me a certain amount, when they towed the car they quoted me another amount. I told him this is not what I quoted. He harassed me on the phone and told me to F*** off !!!!!!! If you use this company after reading this review I would be surprised. Never in my life has anyone treated me in such a way. I will be posting their company page on my followers page where all companies that I am associated with musicians and other people in my industry are made aware of this company. I have never been treated so bad in my life and I am not a confrontational person. I will be posting their page cover in my page and if I find their socials I will add it too. Please do not use them AT ALL! I didn’t even explain the whole story because I am still shocked he told me to F*** off on the phone and hanged up. I am literally righting this review after this happened an hour ago.

Scammers, charged nearly £400 to move a vehicle a couple of miles. Used phone and smoked whilst driving. Don't issue receipts and demand bank transfer or cash. Avoid

In an emergency, I looked on googled and this was the first number that came up on a sponsored link. I called and was told the car would be picked up in up to one hour. Two and a half hours later after several calls a guy picked it up and charged £395 by bacs.
After many calls to ask for a receipt or invoice, we were hung up on and spoken to very rudely. We are very disappointed and I wish I called someone else but I was stressed and needed help.

Estimated 30-40 minutes to arrive actually took 1hr 10m.
Called them back 3 times to check they knew where they were each time I was told they're just a few minutes away.

Recovery driver smoked and talked about his opinions on immigration for the journey.

Took 7 minutes to get from where I was to the garage (less than it took to get the car on the back) and it was £250 + VAT for a total of £300.

The repair at the garage cost less.
Called back for a price breakdown or even a reciept and was hung up on after being told "You'll receive it mate".

so These Con Artists were the only ones i could get hold of to recover my vehicle after i was ran off the road. Recovery driver was a nice enough fella HOWEVER damaged 2 of my back tyres as he recovered me.... stating it was due to a fence with spikes (there was no fence or no spikes)

but again let it slide he helped me get out after all

After my vehicle was out and loaded onto the truck the driver asked where we were going now i didnt know if it was going to garage or home at this point so i rang my partner to find out... after being rushed for an awnser after only a couple of minutes i decided to just get the car home.

On my way back the driver made it very clear that my car wouldnt be released until payment was made. Fair enough.... i asked multiple times how much it was going to cost me... he chuckled.... this isnt an awnser to me... he then spoke to someone on the phone in their own language before saying £379... bit of a rip off i thought but agreed to it... after which he stated no £379 + VAT.... im no good at maths so asked about how much that was to which he said £379 + 20%.... which is a total of £474....

so for a half hour job (45 mins if we included the travel home) and having 2 tyres damaged by these guys i had the privilege of paying them nearly £500 with no receipt given , no nothing given then as driver left a little goodbye message from him to me of "oh drive safe"

Genuinely these guys made my day worse than what it already was.....

My car refused to start in a car park. I had RAC cover, but after waiting over three hours on two consecutive days I decided in desparation to try a local alternative. They were very responsive on the phone, and came in a little over one hour. The recovery was difficult to do, because the car park had a height restriction so that the recovery lorry could not enter. The driver managed to push the car to the entrance and load it under difficult conditions. I was all done very expertly. The car was taken to the garage of my choice where the unloading was done in a restricted space. Very much a "can do" attitude. Giving 4 stars because payment had to be by BACS transfer, but I didn't actually query this on booking.

Shocking, don’t give prices and then charge what they want and want a bank transfer. The guy smoked in my car whilst sorting it. Terrible and complete rip off!

Came out to help a single female friend get out of the ice in the dark. All they had to do was was move the car but charged her £250. On phoning the company today to ask why it was so expensive when the website quotes £50, I was told 'its done' and the guy promptly hung up and ceases to pick the phone up anymore to her and will not send a receipt. Total scam company, avoid. Police are now involved.

Called at 10am to have a car recovered. Asked for 4pm slot. Phone operator confirmed and asked me to call back at 3pm to remind him to get the driver to me.
Called at 3pm and was promised a recovery truck in 1-2 hours.
Called at 5:30pm and was told "he is on his way to you".
Called at 6:30pm and informed him that I need to know if he is coming otherwise the recipient of the car won't be there. I was told "I will call the driver to confirm and call you back immediately."
No further call recieved and final few attempts to call the company were unsuccessful.

Poorly run business. Do not use this company.
