Great product, good price and generally prompt delivery with good packaging.
Website is easy to use. Never had a problem with a product so not needed customer service

i received damaged goods on 2 separate occasions, one time slightly factory soiled canvas and another a as mall seam of stitching was loose, i was expecting to have a bit of kick back and argue my case but they were replaced immediately with no nonsense or excuses.
the gazebo has had some stick in the wind etc with the kids and dogs etc and its as good as gold after two years.

I bought one of your standard 3m gazebo some years ago, which we have enjoyed. Recently, we had a requirement for a longer one and decided to try to double it with a second one. This time we bought a Superior model. We also found that you sell linking brackets and internal gutters (for the join between them).We were so pleased with the result that we upgraded the standard sides of the old gazebo to superior ones. They fit together perfectly; despite the difference in age, the colour variation is minimal; the brackets are sturdy and effective, the gutter has proven reasonably water-tight in heavy rainfall; and the sides zip together round both frames to provide a spacious 6m x 3m covered area. Thank you!

Had a problem with my Gazebo top, The problem was resolved so quickly that I'm still in shock how this company can do what others don't seem to be able too, or that there product is so good they don't have many problems to deal with

Very happy with the 3x3 all seasons gazebo superior with the sides and we were very impressed with the quality and would recommend to anyone . I feel like I have an outdoor extra room . I’ve decorated it with fairy lights and have just purchased the heater which works so well.

We have our gazebo up from May - September each year. This year we put our 3rd canopy on the same frame we've had for about 15 years. The good thing is the ease with which the new cover go on. The only bad thing is the colour fades quite quickly in the sun.

Delivery by third party was poor and had to chase them for 3 days to deliver. I would suggest to All seasons Gazebos to use a more efficient delivery service. The gazebo itself is amazing. 6 x3 superior - Quality is great, the frame is strong and easy to operate. The canvas is good quality and well manufactured. requires a minimum of two people to erect properly and safely. We had twenty people sat at three large garden tables comfortably underneath. The Velcro fastening of the sides makes it very easy to attach, we joined the side together and used them as a back panel and left the sides and front open. Awesome product and thank you. Look forward to using it for the next few years.

Wonderful gazebo perfect to cover our new patio furniture. Transformed our patio area. Well made and easy to put up. Excellent customer service.

Delivery ok but side panels were a poor fit. They are too high making them a baggy fit.

Fast delivery, great communication. The Gazebo was easy to erect an allows us to sit outside in the shade and protects from the rain.

Website easy to navigate and offered a good range of gazebos in different sizes & colours. This was my second gazebo ordered from All Seasons and service was again excellent. Super fast delivery ready for the warm weather. I ordered the 3x3 with a white roof & it looks amazing. So easy to put up and I can take down on my own if needed. Only 5ft 2” and it’s no trouble at all. Like you can pack away in bag with wheels provided. Highly recommend this company both for service & the quality of their gazebos/ related products.

It's easy to put together and then put apart and easily store away out of the road

The Gazebo quality is superb with the canvas pvc coated roof, both rugged and well made with reinforcement on major contact points. The frame is very substantial with supports across to the centre pole also.
I can’t imagine a frame more rigid while still remaining a pop up gazebo.
The bag supplied is actually pretty easy to pack back into without having to remove the canvas roof which is great.
My garden is walled but one side gets really intense sunlight when the afternoon sun is low the heat and brightness can be unpleasant, and trying to get a good quality single wall is not easy! In hind sight I would have paid a bit more for a walled version, but of course this is purely down to my personal circumstances.
I can’t fault the gazebo in any way!!
