All Seasons Gazebos Avis 

Good quality patio heater. Unfortunately there were some anomalies in the instructions and I was two screws short of what I required. However after a quick exchange of emails I received advice on the assembly and the screws arrived the following day

Great customer service and a speedy response great company! And great gazebo!

Terrible quality items.
Ordered a 2.5m gazebo for my business, I have used it 3 times and one of the side windows has a hole in it.
This had been set up and stored as instructed.

The sides are poor quality and clearly not upto the job. They trail on the floor even when the gazebo is extended to full height

My purchase was via Amazon, Amazon say it is down to the manufacturer to resolve and all seasons gazebos are refusing to help and sending me back to Amazon.

I’m stuck with an inferior quality item and no one wants to help.

Do yourself a favour, order from gorilla gazebos or elsewhere

All seasons gazebos don’t seem to understand their obligations as the manufacturer of the product, under consumer law they are responsible for this.

Amazon have referred me to them. Again, as they are the manufacturer.

The point of this review is to let potential customers know that the items are of very poor quality and you are better ordering elsewhere - their response seems to confirm this.
Apparently the items are designed to be poor quality and have a hole after only 3 uses?!

I made a mess with ordering my gazebo. This was sorted out swiftly and kindly by Laura and the team. The gazebo itself is a very user friendly, good quality piece of kit. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm

Would never ever order from here. Purchased a gazebo for my dad which wasn’t the right size. Tried to send it back and I had to arrange for a courier to collect it (which I did so through a recommendation on all seasons website). I had to put in dimensions and weights (which were on the box) and they picked it up. The courier then charged me an extra £80 as they said the weight was incorrect and I had to prove to them the weight wasn’t what was stated on the box. As I didn’t have it anymore I could not prove this and All Seasons could not help me out. Very very disappointing

Very disappointed with the quality of the frame of the 3m X 3m gazebo. Just not robust enough to cope with anything more than a light breeze.

Despite and initial admin error, everything was speedily resolved and Laura could not have been more helpful and went out of her way to help me out. Thank you.

Amazing after sales customer service.
There was an issue with the zip on the sides of our gazebo and Laura arranged a doorstep swap via their parcel carrier.
I could have wished for a simpler and more satisfying outcome.

I’ve rated All Seasons Gazebos 3/5 stars due to their poor customer service letting them down.

I’ve got 2 x gazebos with All Seasons. A 2x2m pop up and a 2.5x2.5m pop up. I’ve also bought the clip on gazebo heater.

The gazebos are great. They have withstood the test of heavy rain and wind, over a number of summers now. Easy to ‘pop up’ with two people. Still possible with just one, but a little more challenging. My original one stays up for the summer. I bought a 2nd one to “pop up” and provide some extra shade in the garden, as and when required.

I did have some minor damage to one of the canopy’s which I contacted All Seasons about, as I couldn’t work out why it was staining purple (from the inside) in certain places. I was out of warranty, so they weren’t particular helpful on this one and no advice given or action taken.

I made a recent purchase of a gazebo heater, which has since (very recently) been reduced from £136 to £99. Instead of having to go through the hassle of returning it and ordering a new one, I asked for the price difference to be refunded. I’m aware this is a “goodwill gesture” and not a “given”, but it saves a new one being sent out at the lower price and the original one being returned. More convenient for all and is good for customer satisfaction? Request was denied - I presume so I have to go through the hassle of making a return and hoping I won’t.

Both post sale interactions have not been particularly good for customer satisfaction and will make me think twice about future purchases.

Our gazebo arrived with a missing leg! I contacted the company and sent them a screen shot of our order along with a photo. They replied straightaway and let me know they would be sending another leg, I got an email to tell me it was on its way and it arrived the day after. Superb customer service!

I have had a 3x3 gazebo for 4yrs & this yr had to replace the roof. Excellent service first time ordering however 2 of the side supports broke within 2 months. I emailaed the company with photos of issue and they promptly send a replacement which arrived the very nexy day. Excellent service and 1 very happy gazebo owner.

Fantastic service from the team. They swapped the canopy I bought straight away for the correct size as I had measured wrongly. They kept me up to date throughout. We love these canopies as they are very high quality for a good price. Would recommend highly.

Customer service is second to none. Can't do enough to help. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a gazebo. These guys are the best out there.

Had an amazing experience with someone called Lea, she was so helpful and went above and beyond and so bubbly. Gazebo was absolutely perfect, I’ll be ordering more, and have recommended to my family. GO ALL SEASONS!!

We purchased our pop up gazebo august last year 2024 it's only been set up in total around 6 weeks since we've had it and the elastic straps that keep the canopy down have broken!!! Obviously a fault! but all seasons gazebos doesn't want to know as it over 6 months and only offered to sell me another canopy!!
So my advice is don't buy !.
In my opinion if there is a fault with the item and you can clearly see the gazebo has had No wear and only been put up for a very short time you should have it back and replace it especially only after 10 months ,I have looked at other reviews and the same thing has happened on numerous gazebos so you should look at the product your selling and put it right!! People haven't got the money to throw away, it's absolutely disgusting!! I advise people to stay way clear unless they can afford to loose there money after a short use !

Pile of crap.

Flimsy cheap material, breaks and is hard to assemble/disassemble. Avoid. Absolutely not 'all seasons'.
Use Tents and Marquees instead. Customer service rude and unhelpful. I'm only giving it 1 star because that's the lowest Trustpilot can accommodate.

Very happy with canopy, have had a couple from All Seasons & only order replacements every couple of years as keep out all year & previous storm damage. Ordered a new canopy which had a fault & they sent a replacement immediately - great service!

We put ours up a few weeks ago and as we’d had for four yrs the sun had made the roof fade and therefore started to tear. We ordered new roof and received in four days but my mistake I’d ordered wrong size. Sent it back and ordered correct size which arrived in three days. As soon as first one was returned to warehouse contact was made from Lea by email saying a refund for it would be made in days. First class service, thank you all.

Gazebo received was damaged customer service will only send out a replacement part and expect myself to fit it this is not acceptable and my advise is to avoid this company
