Ordered 12 bottles of Stardrops from this firm via Aqua Water Filters Site two weeks ago, they gave me an order no. and sent a Stripe Link reference to make the payment. The payment was taken from my bank by ALLSPARES123.CO.UKTYSELEY LND. I have had no confirmation of the order, emailed and telephoned on several occasions to no avail. This is a SCAM. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and Fraud UK

This website is clearly a scam and I wish I had read the other reviews on here before I spent my money there. Like all the other reviews, I bought LED lamps but received nothing. The money was taken and depsite many emails and phone calls, no response and no deliveries.

After ordering and paying for my product, no confirmation was received, neither was any shipping info. etc. After hearing nothing for 8 days, I sent an email, to which there was no response. A day later, however, I did receive a notification from Royal Mail to say a package was on the way. After getting the item home, after picking up from the post office, i could see that it was obviously damaged due to poor packaging for transit. I have now sent 3 emails (they don't answer the phone - which is a mobile number) asking for a replacement or refund. I have had zero response. I have now been in contact with my bank, and sent Allspares a final email using a template supplied by my bank, and to date I haven't received a response. Allspares have failed to communicate with me at all from the time I placed the order until now. Unfortunately I failed to check Trustpilot reviews before I placed my order, and won't be ordering from them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ITS ASSOCIATED BUSINESSES! I order some Stardrops All Purpose cleaner 750ml on the 5th January 2026, via eBay and got an email acknowledging the order, but no courier or expected delivery details. After 8 days, i emailed them, but no reply. I sent a second email on the 15th but still no reply. The confirmation invoice had a heading "Aqua Water Filters". Feeling aggrieved, I checked Companies house for registration - Aqua Water Filters was dissolved on26 July 2022 whilst Allspares 123 is registered as Company number 11270316 at Unit 49 Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, England, B11 2AL, similar to the address show on their website, with the director listed as Hadiyah Yasar. I wish I had read the other reviews of this business, which certainly seems to be one offering product, but failing to deliver - i.e. just taking the money with no intention of delivering. However, I now note that Allstars123 is no longer listed on eBay, and also that my order does not show on eBay under "My Orders". I will also write to eBay to complain that they have failed to check this seller. I have also raised a dispute with my credit card company. Others should do the same. Unfortunately you cannot rate the seller as minus 100 stars!!!!

Can I give them 0 stars? Ordered through Ebay and didn't check out the feedback on Trustpilot first. Clearly a scam company - ordered and paid for small component and absolute radio silence with no response to any emails.

Scammers dont buy from here you will get nothing but stress ordered some deodorant, many phone calls ,emails and still waiting for a response

I ordered 24 x deodorant from them. I received confirmation of order from them and that's as far as it got. I called them many times and sent emails. Telephone calls went unanswered, voice mails were not responded to and emails were ignored. Eventually I complained to my credit card company who refunded my money.

I ordered some cumfies rubber gloves on 26th October I haven’t received them! No response to my emails obviously a scam!!!!! Pity I didn’t read reviews before! How can this companystill be allowed to operate.

The more people who report them the better.

SCAMMERS AVOID THEM.
Ordered a spare part, never arrived. Don't answer phone, email or web messages. Guess they hope people will right off small cost of parts...

ABSOLUTE SCAM
Having now read other reviews on here, I ordered over 10 days ago and received nothing, Only thing I got was a confirmation of my order on my screen. No confirmation email but funds were taken. No reply from the mobile number or email address. My password doesn't work to log in to the website.

This is a scam. Ordered Stardrops on 7 Sept 2025. Paid but no goods received. No answer to e-mails or phone messages. Make all the right noises apart from delivering what has been ordered. Written to Companies House to investigate as is my Bank.

Ordered “genuine” Miele spare vacuum bag mount. Arrived broken with no evidence of it being genuine part. Subsequently ordered from Miele which came in bag with reference number and also number stamped on part which was not on the first one sent. I can only assume that the Allspares123 was not a genuine part. Money claimed back via credit card as no response to phone or emails

I ordered some hoover bags which never arrived. They took my money but have not responded to phone messages or emails. DO NOT USE

SCAMMERS no parcel and no communication at all do not buy 😡
