I called for my 19 year old son breaking down 60 miles away from home.
I spoke to Jo and paid the deposit. Told 90 mins approx to get to him.
Then I read the reviews and panicked like a mad women.
I didn’t need to. They were FANTASTIC with getting to my son, polite driver Ross took great care of him and got him home.
They did take longer than 90 mins to get to him, but traffic around the M25 on a Friday evening is just nuts. So I’d change the wording to say we Aim to get to you within 90 mins and then people can’t leave bad reviews.
Would definitely recommend if I ever needed them again.

Tell you they gonna be within the hour just to get your deposit and then lie about the time, waited 3 hours only to be cancelled

Don’t go for the Ads listed recovery’s on google it’s just a big scam
Go for local firms in the area your broken down, don’t ring this lot !

AVOID! Unless you have lots of time and deep pockets.

Vehicle was recovered and delivered eventually. That was the good part.

As before they said they would be there in half and hour and it was eventually six hours. They gave me a quote which was higher than RAC but as they said they would be quicker I took it and they said they needed a deposit first. So couldn’t change when they didn’t turn up after an hour and a half.
Then they added VAT to the quote when they took final payment before unloading the vehicle.

Got home safe, Ali is a great guy had a nice chat.

So broke down at 4 o’clock this morning on the M25
Phoned a few companies pricing was Crazy
These guys pretty much done it for half of the price and we’re there in 25 minutes with a nice toasty cab
And must add driver Bobby Dazzler was absolutely brilliant very friendly and the inside of the vehicle was absolutely spotless clean fresh
Which is probably rare for a recovery truck
We are a relatively small company with Two vans
And we drive up and down the country
We will definitely be keeping these guys at the top of our list if we should break down Again

WARNING: Beware of All Surrey Recovery! Booked them to collect my car, and it was a nightmare. Driver was 2 hours late, then demanded extra £225 for waiting charges. When I questioned it, they threatened to take the car away and increase the charge unless I paid up. Company backed up the driver's actions, saying he's a private contractor. Paid £395 in the end. Trading Standards are investigating. Would NOT recommend.

I contacted All Surrey Recovery to tow a van that will not start. This was all booked in for between 9-10am. When it got to around 11, I contacted them and they said there had been delays but there was a driver on the way.
At 12, I contacted them again and I was told that the driver was around the corner and would be with me imminently.
I then contacted again at 12:30 and I was told that they would check on it and call me back. This is then the response that I received for multiple phone calls up until around 14:00.
After this, multiple calls were declined, and I could no longer contact them.
I am not impressed with the service at all as, at no point was I advised of the extent of the delays and it was clearly not true that the driver was around the corner, or even on their way.
It seems that All Surrey Recovery will book in collections that they can’t stick to and won’t even tell the customer this, instead just giving no information and declining calls.

Ali arrived in good time and was not fazed by the fact that my broken down car was beyond the point he could reach in his breakdown recovery vehicle. He went above and beyond in getting me to a train station and my car to a good mechanic as close as possible to where I lived the next day. Excellent service.

I normally don't comment on service but this company deserves the time to leave a review. I had my E350 collected and delivered back to me as I had one flat tyre and dead battery so it was hard work to push it out of a parking bay so it can be loaded onto there truck. The driver more than broke a sweat. Thank you so much for great service and I would recommend you to anyone. Definitely 5 star service

Ali was an absolute life saver! I’m a plumber and my Ford transit van wouldn’t start, we tried jump starting it but no luck either, I had an appointment with the dealership at 11. Called All Surrey Recovery and Ali arrived a within the hour, safely recovered the van and arrived to the dealership in time! Highly recommend! 10/10. Hopefully no more issues but I know where to go now if anything!
