Ali was an absolute life saver! I’m a plumber and my Ford transit van wouldn’t start, we tried jump starting it but no luck either, I had an appointment with the dealership at 11. Called All Surrey Recovery and Ali arrived a within the hour, safely recovered the van and arrived to the dealership in time! Highly recommend! 10/10. Hopefully no more issues but I know where to go now if anything!

Criminals. Stay away!

I called them for a jump-start service for my truck. They promised to arrive in 40 minutes but showed up after 2 hours — with a jumper designed for small cars, completely unsuitable for a truck.

They failed to start the engine but still demanded £195. After an argument, they agreed that since they couldn’t do the job, I wouldn’t have to pay. They left.

Later, I discovered that they had cut the fuel lines and damaged the brake system. This is serious sabotage — dangerous and criminal.

I called them and said I’d report it to the police. Their response: “Call the FBI if you want, we don’t care.”

This isn’t just poor service — this is a criminal offence.

I’ve reported it to the police. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this company. Don’t risk your vehicle, your money, or your safety.

The reason I needed my car collected was deeply upsetting for me. The pick up driver was calm and composed and very understanding and respectful. The dealership found it difficult to remove the vehicle from the truck as there were no keys and the handbrake was locked on. He calmly waited the substantial time it took without making myself or the garage feel under any pressure. A genuine gentleman in every way. Highly recommend.

I called several other places first who were all unable to help. These guys answered the phone straight away, the booking took about 3 minutes and they dealt with my car straight away. Super knowledgable guy who had no issue getting my car running and loaded up.

Ali recovered me and my vehicle from an M4 motorway location with total professional efficiency. Really impressed by the overall service from registering the breakdown to getting me safely to my destination with no fuss. Would use the service again if ever required to.

Disgusting price for taking my car 10 miles - £395. Don't believe the website about £50.
They did finally arrive, not local as the website claims (the driver was due for a 1.5hr drive to the next recovery).
Will never use them again.

Rip off! Charged £300 to travel a total of 4 miles. Felt like I was taken advantage of due to being a single lady on her own. I drive a very small car so cannot comprehend where this figure came from. Further more I waited closer to 2 hrs when I was given an initial time of under one hour. I would avoid this company at all cost.

5 Five Star and More!
Today I was stranded on road with car stopping in a dangerous and busy road. The nicest guy from All Surrey Recovery Stopped. He was the only person who stopped and made sure I was okay. He went out of his way to help me. There is some lovely people out there and I can’t thank him enough for the helping me get back on the road. Without his help I am not sure what I would done.

They arrived for the recovery 1.5 hrs later. Loaded vehicle and transported it 8 miles. Driver would not of load till he was paid. Charged £395 which is roughly £49/Mile.
No receipt available by driver. My advise dont call this company because they are robbing highway thieves. Check reviews carefully. Breakdown 12 miles away only cost £120 plus vat and that is Surrey recovery. Dont get confused

Liar and thieves. Claims on their website for: 1) recovery in an hour or less; 2) as little as £50 3) when I booked, I specifically asked if they paid via AMEX. I was assured they did. NONE of it was true. It took 2.5hours for someone to show up, who didn't have the correct details of where to meet or where we were going (about 2 miles). The charge when finally reached the house was almost FOUR HUNDRED POUNDS (£395) AND they would not take AMEX, instead forcing me to make a payment via Bank transfer. The driver was actually competent and reasonably polite, but the FIRM are NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
