Given the current situation, what a pleasant surprise it was dealing with this company, who admittedly, I’d never heard of previously.
Ordered a NorthFace jacket on 3rd Jan on their simple to use site. Not long after, I received an email to say my purchase had been dispatched already. Like many things this time of year, I expected a delay in delivery but received my jacket today.
I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone purchase from Allweathers.

Ordered a Barbour jacket, it was delivered quickly. Gorgeous jacket but unfortunately I had to return it, it was easy and I got my refund really quickly. Excellent service, thank you.

Amazing customer service and friendly staff over the phone. Ordered size 6 Joules wellies on the Wednesday and they arrived next day. Couldn’t ask for better service, will definitely deal with Allweathers again in the future.

I don't often bother writing Trustpilot reviews when I shop online but I was so impressed with the service from this company that I couldn't not!

I googled the company on Trustpilot as the price of the Barbour jacket that I ordered was so good, I wondered if it might be too good to be true. The reviews were all extremely positive and I can confirm that they are justified. I ordered the jacket at 2pm on Monday (30% cheaper than Barbour direct) and it was dispatched the same day, sent (for free) by next day delivery with Parcelforce. Arrived within 24hrs, by midday.

No concerns about the quality of the product (for those wondering, despite the great prices, checking the Barbour website confirms that they are an authorised retailer - who I'll definitely use again!)

Excellent service. Ordered a Barbour item late Friday night over the internet. Had a text on the Monday to say it had been dispatched and received it on the Tuesday.

I ordered by telephone and spoke to Simon, he was very helpful and professional. Quick delivery, but unfortunately I had to send the item back for a different size - my correct size arrived the next day, with no extra charge. If only all companies were this prompt, courteous and polite! Cannot recommend this company enough. Very impressive

Placed an order last thing on Friday, but realised Sunday afternoon that i should have ordered a larger jacket due to the fit. Called Allweathers 3 minutes before the phone line was due to close and was helped by Mark who promised to check my order and call back. He did approx 15 minutes later having searched through all the orders and assured me that he had replaced by order with a larger size. First thing Tuesday my order arrived. I am so impressed that this sort of company and customer service exists, and with a discounted designer jacket. Would definitely look to buy with them again. Thanks again to Mark.

Ordered a coat late Thursday afternoon, arrived before 9am next day. You can't beat that for service, and even better, it was the best price I found.

Ordered a Barbour jacket a few days ago, was expecting a great product but the total opposite, arms oversized, especially for a small Barbour jacket. Never again. Sent out for a refund. Won't be coming back.

I called the shop late yesterday afternoon to ask if the Barbour Border jackets they had in stock had the made in England label as a lot of them are made overseas now. The gentleman I spoke to very kindly went to the stock room and looked through the labels while I waited on the phone. He put the size I wanted to one side for me and I made the order online at a price a lot less than most other shops. The parcel was dispatched an hour later with a Parcelforce tracking number sent to my phone. The parcel arrived this morning and I'm very pleased indeed! Allweathers staff provide excellent service. I've purchased from them before and will certainly do again in future.
