I received a confirmatory text and email within seconds of ordering, and although they promise a 5 day service, my jacket (Barbour Ogston) arrived the next working day. Complete with returns label etc. (which will not be needed). Superb service - and will definitely be using again ... and again!

All deliveries arrived the next working day. When I had to send back an item because I ordered the wrong size, the refund was processed the day they received the item.

Truly outstanding service from this company. Ordered a Barbour jacket on wednesday evening not really expecting it to arrive until after Christmas, due to the postal strikes, but it arrived this morning (Friday) having been overnighted to me. I cannot praise them highly enough. The price was also very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Barbour provided the name of this company when they couldn't provide item in size I needed. Order arrived following morning despite awful weather and at an excellent price. Can't praise them enough.

I bought a Barbour wax jacket for my husband for Christmas. I was quite late ordering but I was delighted with the speed in which it arrived.
The jacket was excellent but unfortunately the wrong size. The return procedure was so simple and well explained. They were extremely friendly and helpful in organising it. I posted it back the Wednesday after Christmas and received the new one Friday. Considering this was the week between Christmas and New Year, I was amazed!
Would definitely shop here again and highly recommend! Thank you.

I ordered some barbour boots for a Christmas present on the 22nd Dec,(last minute due to moving house and working etc), although it was free delivery, I paid for the premium delivery to make sure they got here in time for Xmas, which explains they'll be delivered within 3 working days, but they actually came the day after and I was so impressed. The price is cheaper than anywhere else I've seen too. Well packaged and good customer service keeping me informed of the delivery service. I would definitely use this company again.

I checked Barbour's online checker to verify this site as prices seemed to good, turns out they are genuine which was exciting. I ordered two barbours with free delivery that was to take 3 - 5 days... both deliveries came within 12 hours. I had to return one order and they refunded as soon as they received it back. This is my first time using them but you feel treated with first class treatment and will definitely use them again.

Ordered a Barbour jacket yesterday and it was already delivered this morning (delivery was free). Very happy with the level of service and the jacket is immaculate. Their prices are very competitive and it definitely won’t be my last order.

Very impressed with the fast service from Allweathers.I ordered a Barbour kelsall parka with free standard shipping late on a Wednesday evening and received it early on Friday afternoon. The jacket itself is immaculate and definitely genuine. It was about £80 cheaper than buying direct from the Barbour website and about £20 cheaper than any other shops. Highly recommend purchasing from here and plan to do so again in the future.

He made sure they had the item in stock first (as it was the last one) and called me back to place the order.
