If I could I give you-100 I called for cab the man say to waiting 25 minutes , I agree to waiting ann he didn’t book me in . I been waiting 45 minutes outside and I’m freezing. 🥶 I hope this men who I talk have the same experience of mine . I never never will call this company. Ridiculous service

Two of us from the same company got in the taxi, we live a minute apart via car and got charged each and told it was because we didn't book for 2.
This has happened 3 times although twice was an extra pound or so.

There are many issues not just with myself but other colleagues ever since Alpha took over Triple A Cars.
We book a certain time as we know that's when we will be finishing not go be called 10 mins earlier.

Think it's time we used alternative transport

Disgusting customer service. Pre booked a vehicle to take me for an important family meal. They accepted the booking 3 hours prior and cancelled it literally last minute. I’m now en route with a One Call cab but will be 45 mins late and the table can’t be pushed back. Totally ruined an important birthday. I’m told the operator must have cancelled the job. Why on earth take a pre booking if you’re so unscrupulous that you would not honour it. Will never ever use them again and will use One Call in future. A shame because the drivers have always been nice and professional but a truly terrible company.

I was yelled at by the costumer coordinator, the moment I rang to make sure I get a booking confirmation.

she was yelling aggressively the moment I called, I told her not to speak to me like that!

Accused me by calling her a liar and she lied saying that she asked about when I need the car for? I only said i didn’t hear her saying do you need the car now.

I had listed to the record twice nothing like that …

I waited many times for late cars, I get in an early cars sent. No confirmation came through many times.

But enough is enough.

I use this service basically every day (I’ve spent nearly £1500 in taxis in six months)

I pre booked a taxi for my work finishing at 1:15.

I was stood outside by 1:13 the taxi no where to be seen. When I phoned him he was so rude and told me to ‘stop wasting his time’ even though he wasn’t even outside the venue? When I checked the maps he was about a mile away. Then had to wait for another 25 mins in the freezing cold for another taxi to turn up. Awful service. This was pre paid aswell!

This company have systematically turned All White Taxis in Southport into nothing short of a mess ..inconsistent, outsourced call handling, ignore feed back and complaints, cars to wrong addresses, lack of loyalty, final straw late tonight..leaving us stranded and vulnerable by sending cars to wrong place and cancelling the order.. Even though we were on the phone telling them that we could see them in the distance… and they were turning away – they simply said because they missed us..they had cancelled our booking, no more cars available and left us stranded… No amount of discussing it would turn back and get us safely home… Disgusted..I’m a Local businessman who gets cars sometimes two or three times a day, never again…and the bad press will follow…awful.

The most amazing drive home ever! Such a nice driver, so nice and polite and I felt comfortable and safe ( that's rare with alpha taxis) 5 star service, its just a shame that, that is actually a rarity

We had a taxi journey from Kempshott to old basing, the taxi turned up 7 minutes early, we were charged for that, he then proceeded to take us on a tour of Basingstoke when questioned he advised it was the quickest route, it wasn’t!!! Our bill was 20.00 quid that is outrageous. I also had an uncomfortable experience the day before the driver left me feeling very uncomfortable and anxious

Two 80year-old ladies complete with mobility scooters and walkers and suitcases from a holiday coach left waiting for 45 minutes two only to be told the drivers have gone home. Thank God for family and friends to get us home from Maghull Square

Overpriced and they do not care about customer service.

Alpha saved the day for us by getting us to Lime Street Station after being badly let down by a Argyle Taxies. Really great driver and it wasn't the easiest drive into Liverpool so many thanks. We know which company to recommend and use next time.

Appalling service. MIDNIGHT after work. a lady waiting on her own. Taxi booked and after 30+ minutes of being told its on its way. WALKED !

I’ve lost any confidence in Alpha prebooked 7 seater , confirmed with them 2 weeks after booking , reconfirmed a week before , phoned on the morning that night they cancelled
Tonight they have not turned up at Heathrow for a pick up once again on a people carrier . Instead after a phone call to establish whereabouts they are sending 2 cabs creating an hour delay and costing an extra £20 - Alpha are no longer the company they are . No reliability there don’t book with them

Ordered a cab, max 7 miles. I ket them know I has a dog. Small pug/jack russell cross. We were charged £3 extra for the dog! Extra adult passenger - no charge! What’s going on here!

Collected Kia Sportage today. We are delighted with the car.
I am also amazed in finding such excellent service.
Having spent thirty years serving the public I know the difference.
Alpha Cars are superb.

This is the second time they have called at last minute can’t trust them anymore

Car 213 picked us up from the station on Saturday night ( pre booked) driver was on time and friendly. Very reasonable rate also!
I have used alpha cars many times for short runs into town and airport runs also, they have always been on time taking and picking us up and are very competitive! Would highly recommend this company.

We booked an 8 seater to take our family to Gatwick airport a week before our trip - for 5:30 in the morning. 10 minutes before pick up time we were called to say an 8 seater was no longer available and they would have to send two cabs and charge for both - leaving us with no other option than to agree. The second cab arrived 16 minutes late. This caused a lot of stress on what should have been a happy occasion. Particularly when travelling with 3 young children.
Will not be using again.

Booked a taxi for my son and it was estimated at £39.90 , when i looked at my bank they had charged me an additional £17.50 complained to Alpha who will not take ownership of the issue and told me to contact the council , My contract to pick me up was with Alpha and it was Alphas payment system that took the payment . The driver sat outside my home stating the address didn’t exist that we needed to get to , it did otherwise Alpha couldn’t have taken the booking . I had to speak to the driver from my location in Filey Yorkshire to tell him the address did exist , driver lied by saying my son told him to go that way , if that was the case why did i have to speak to the driver to advise where in the city the address was , if my son was directing he wouldn’t have needed to speak to me or have me inform the driver , total rip off driver taking advantage of a adult with hidden disabilities

Very poor company. Avoid speaking to the staff member named Amanda. She left me in tears on the phone and was rude/patronising after cancelling a taxi due to it being 40 minutes late (I had no idea I wasn’t allowed to press cancel as it was an option) and then barred me from using the taxi company. Very upsetting, stay clear if you can from using them.
