Alpha Pro Removals Ltd provided a mixed experience. While communication was initially smooth and the movers were skilled with packing and handling, scheduling issues disrupted the process. They were delayed significantly, affecting plans. On the positive side, their pricing seemed reasonable, and items arrived safely. Overall, decent service but room for improvement with time management.

Contacted them re removal of contents of a flat. Very helpful at first but let me down on the day as they kept moving the time that was arranged/ agreed on.
After the several calls and texts I cancelled them as they were still not there 2 hours later.

They provided a very good service, were considerate and professional and got on with the job. A stress free move taken care of for me. I would use them again.

I had a really positive experience with alpha pro removals in the past. However this time I had a bad experience, and have not had my complaint responded to despite contacting alpha pro multiple times (via phone and email).

The team were 1 hour 30mins late due to traffic. This wasn’t a problem in itself but the team tried to rush the job from that point on. When they knocked over a pile of boxes- I asked them to slow down because we had plenty of time left and didn’t need to rush. It was at this point I was shouted at told the boxes falling over was my fault because my boxes weren’t good enough and I was hadn’t packed them well enough. Why I was spoken to in this way I do not understand. Ultimately several of my items were damaged, no response has been made to my complaint by the alpha pro team.

Absolutely appalling.

Just abymssal, I was quoted £420 for a 2 bed flat for 5 hrs work, and it ended up costing £1,433.10 (or £1023.10 not incl. packaging, therefore £593.10 more than the initial quote). Ridiculously (and impossible to believe), this included 1hr 17 min driving time from our Chelsea flat to our new Fulham house (a trip that should take 12 mins roughly and on a Fri night 16 mins at the longest). I left the van outside the flat to make the final journey to Fulham in our car at 5.20pm (and they were out of the flat with only 3 more smaller items to put in) and they didn't arrive until 2hrs later.

In addition, while admirably wrapping things so well, one item per sheet of paper was excessive, this also took an eternity. They were just incredibly slow in general - the day didn't even start well with the wider team (outside of the driver) turning up half an hour late. And whilst of course entirely entitled to pray during the day, this was also on our dime and factored into the hours we had to pay for, as was the hour lunch, which they said was only half an hour - when in fact, it was half an hour at the mosque and half an hour eating at the flat. To add insult to injury we bought them the lunch, and I gifted one of the guys my skis!

They will only deduct half an hour due to our complaint. I've tried to follow up several times to continue to dispute it with Dimitrus and Reagan to no avail. Don't under any circumstance hire these guys, it's a misery when moving is hard and stressful (and expensive) enough.

I've had a stellar experience and cannot thank the team enough for their services and support. From the inquiry to receiving a quote to answering my questions and concerns about the customs process, pick-up and delivery of my items, the communication was fast, clear, and friendly. Very well organised and trustworthy team and services.

You get what you pay for. Alpha Pro were brilliant from start to finish, from the first phone-call to the final email, and in between the removal guys were exemplary, with nothing being too much for them, and trust me, I gave them plenty of challenges! I'd have been well and truly stuck without them.

I’ve moved around a lot both nationally and internationally over the past 20 years but alpha pro provided a winning combination of brilliant human customer experience and flexibility in holding a moving date which was uncertain until the last minute through to a seem less experience on the day . The moving team were very punctual, very high quality respect for items and very professional. The dealt with a very challenging heavy sideboard without any fuss. All of this for the best price. I highly recommend giving them a call for a stress free move!

Arrived on time, the team were very helpful and professional. We had three men and one Luton van. The team helped with packing and did an amazing job with all the moving and lifting etc. They also dissembled and re-assembled our bed frame easily and efficiently.

I've been using them for the second time now. Both were absolutely frictionless. Managing folks are really responsive with communication, they almost email / call you immediately in case. Movers know what they are doing, they have bubble wraps / blankets / boxes ready & they use them whenever is needed.

For TV / monitors, they wrap it with bubble wraps. No damage occurred to any of my stuff the 2 times I've used their service.

Will definitely have their service again.

I had the worst experience ever with the company. They almost cancelled then damaged some goods and in the end charged 2x the initially quoted amount. They refused to cover for their own damages. Run away !

Brilliant service. The team communicated well and were friendly and helpful throughout the process. They worked incredibly hard all day, and very reasonably priced service for the amount of work involved. Would recommend.

Brilliant service start to end. The whole team worked really hard and had brilliant attitudes. Our day was hugely delayed (due to issues with the chain) but these guys were calm and positive and really professional

This is the second time we have used Alpha Pro for our house move. I have always had excellent service and communication, from the admin arranging the move to the porters that do the move on the day.

I would always recommend Alpha Pro to anyone looking for movers.
