My Amazon seller account was deactivated by Amazon for 5-months in total. After 4.5months of running around in circles (and being ignored by Amazon) I contacted Amazon Sellers Attorney. I personally had a bad experience with this company. Besides knowing my situation they said to me they can definitely help and take care of dropshipping violation on my account. I had advised them of what amazon is asking me and I don't have the invoices as I dropship. They claimed they can resolve my issue and get the account reinstated. Then they typed the appeal. Honestly I wrote better appeal than them myself. Then you sign a form that you won't get any refund. I wasn't looking for one it the right effort was made to help me. But we got lost in the loop where amazon never responded. They said they will escalate to legal. And then nothing happened.
