Great Service!
Staff very helpful! We have used American Attractions every time for our park tickets and they have always come straight away! Great service! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Beware the small print. Apparently 20% of your total spend is an appropriate amount to charge, even when over six months away from your booking, as a cancellation fee.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. Our cancellation charges are shown in the terms and conditions which you click during the check out process to confirm you have read. We also offer protection plus at the time of booking to protect against cancellation charges but note that this wasnt selected by you so the terms you agreed to were applied when you cancelled.

American attractions ..Best in class
We have used American attractions for a few years now. Their prices and ease of online ordering are best in class.Our Florida 2020 holiday was cancelled due to the global Covid pandemic and American Attractions were fast and effective in dealing with refund options for our tickets. They will continue to be our first port of call when ordering our Florida theme park tickets in the coming years.

Helpful staff and very reasonable/ competitive prices
The American Attractions team were so helpful with my ticket enquiries and nothing seemed too much trouble. Kind, approachable and very friendly.
The tickets were also very reasonably priced.

I booked tickets and an error was made…
I booked tickets and an error was made by AA member of staff so the tickets needed replacing. I’ve sent 3 emails to get this sorted m, we travel in just over 4 weeks and I need to book the parks but I am receiving no replies to my emails.
Will never use again.

We do have a backlog on emails at the moment so it is taking a lot longer than we would like to respond, however our phone lines are open Mon-Sat to help with urgent queries. Looking at your booking it does look like this has now been sorted for you. We apologise for the delay.

East to book
East to book, great that you can book with a low deposit then you have until 6 weeks before you go to pay the balance off. Brilliant communication and tickets delivered very quickly. Second time we have used American attractions and would use them again

I've had very good experiences with American Attractions
I've had very good experiences with American Attractions. They helped me pick the correct tickets for my holiday which was postponed 2020 and 2021.
Only thing I was gutted about I had to pay the increase in prices from booking in 2020. I didn't agree with that seeing I didn't cause Covid and the postponement meant I had to renew the tickets as they were out of date to go in 2022. Universal Studios tickets didn't need renewing as they extended them until December 2022.
But Disney wouldn't so therefore i had to pay the extra at todays prices. Annoying after paying so much in 2020!
But I must say the staff are very very knowledgeable and give great advice, nothing is too much trouble as they want you to have the best experience ever.
