Well, where do I start? I visited Anderson’s in Carlisle on recommendation of my new neighbour, walked in feeling totally overwhelmed - do we really need a choice of 60 different handles, 2 million colours and types of door fronts, zillions of possible added extras? Stuart was an absolute star, we ruled out what I didn’t want, added some lovely bits I hadn’t even thought of. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation after someone else wasn’t ready for their kitchen to be fitted and the tradies were so professional and expert in their fields. My kitchen fit was over seen by Gavin from GB joinery, he organised all the other trades to come exactly when required and Gavin and his son Alex even came on Good Friday so the job could be completed as soon as possible, credit to Gavin, Alex, Chris Blaylock for his expert plastering skills, Jonny Pape for the plumbing and Darren and his lovely lads from Furness Electrical, couldn’t be more happy!

What we thought would be a daunting experience was made exceptionally easy and enjoyable with Anderson’s.
Everybody we came in contact with at Anderson’s from Caitlin, the designer, Kirsty who processed the order, Stuart and Jamie who fitted the kitchen went out of there way to help, advise and make the whole process seamless. We are absolutely delighted with the finished oroduct and would have no hesitation in recommending Anderson’s.

We had a great experience with Andersons (Kilmarnock). Laura was fantastic in the planning and designing of the kitchen. Cairns and Tony are great guys, and were top class in fitting the kitchen. They did an immaculate job and went above and beyond to get things finished as planned. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Caitlin Young in the Kilmarnock branch helped us plan our kitchen and was excellent from start to finish. There was no pressure to rush things and we were supported through every step.

Over the years I had 2 kitchens fitted by Andersons in my previous home so when it came to updating the kitchen in my present home once again my go to was Andersons. Having dealt with Kerry previously she once again was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional, nothing too much bother. Once again I asked for Cairns for fitting, his work ethic and eye for detail is second to none. He and his sidekick Tony are an excellent team. They kept me informed every step of the way to make sure I was happy with everything. Extremely delighted with my new kitchen, it's beautiful. Overall Andersons is an excellent company to deal with and really cannot rate them highly enough.

Anderson's kitchens in Dumfries have a brilliant team, from design through to delivery and installation, including their use of excellent independent electricians and stone worktop design and installation teams. The workforce is dedicated, hard working, and highly skilled. Arriving on time, and cleaning up after their days work.
I would highly recommend this company over any other kitchen provider.....

From the moment we were introduced to Kerry, she made us feel welcome and relaxed. Her knowledge and vision gave the added trust & confidence, for us to commit to Anderson's. There was no rushing us into anything and everything seemed effortless from the initial meet to design to completion. Kerry provided us with the design of our beautiful kitchen, Linda also a great help the two girls couldn’t have been more helpful & professional. Laura's expert experience enabled her to design the kitchen to suit the awkward shape of the room. She listened to me and managed to incorporate everything I wanted. Everyone, including other tradesmen,
has been extremely impressed with Duncan's precision in fitting the kitchen. I'm absolutely delighted and would highly recommend going to the showroom in Kilmarnock.

Overall this experience was very satisfactory , the planning and installation was great -- however the extractor fan is disappointing , the low level means that one is forever banging ones head and it doesn't really extract cooking smells .

From the planning to the fitting Andersons were top class.

We are delighted with our kitchen from Anderson's. Kerry was professional, efficient and so very helpful. The counter staff excelled in ensuring we had the right flooring. The fitting team took a wee while, but ensured things were done right. This tied in with a kitchen extension by Arctic Winows and the overall finished job is really good. Good, trustworthy company, which I would highly recommend.

It’s absolutely amazing and the transformation is even better than I expected.

We worked with Caitlin Young and her eye for detail is excellent so much so, I had forgotten about some of the things we’d planned.

David, recommended by Caitlin, was the right choice for carrying out the work and the whole kitchen is immaculate. The quartz is just stunning and suits the units and the flooring perfectly. I had the walls tiled and I’m delighted with the whole overall effect.

I would definitely recommend Anderson’s to anyone thinking about a new kitchen refit.

We had excellent service from this company, Stuart designed our kitchen & was very knowledgeable helping us choose our cabinets, splash back, appliances, flooring etc.
The joiner was Keith who was friendly & pleasant, very passionate about his work.

Fitter arrived on time, worked continuously with rare breaks. Existing kitchen completely removed in first day. All delivery of new units and and removal of old items on time. Chris, our fitter kept us fully informed and made sure disruption of services were kept to a minimum. Standard of work and finishing very high. Job completed on time to a high standard. Well done!

Went to the Carlisle branch to look at kitchens and internal doors. Both kitchen sales and timber sales people were extremely knowledgable and friendly. They made our experience easy and pleasant. Great quality kitchen and internal doors which were fitted to a great standard by one of their fitters who was amazing in terms of his attention to detail and workmanship. Had a slight issue with being credited for some items we returned but hopefully this will be resolved soon . We now have a fabulous modern kitchen and new doors throughout our house which look amazing - thank you to everyone associated with the Carlisle branch.

Went to Kilmarnock branch and Kerry was brilliant. Gave us various options with no pressure she certainly knows her products for sure. Very helpful before during and after kitchen was delivered fantastic service. Thank you

So pleased we chose Andersons Kilmarnock, for our new kitchen. From our first visit to the showroom & meeting Laura our designer, the attention to detail and customer care was brilliant. Jim the fitter was excellent and he coordinated all required tradesmen. The flooring team have also been great, we have used them several times now for supplying laminate for rooms in our house. Our new kitchen has exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Andersons, Kilmarnock.
