Anglia Research Services Ltd Avis

I contacted Anglia to ask for help in tracing the estranged son of a friend , who had died in difficult circumstances. They were friendly, professional and found him very quickly. Anglia were able to put us in touch and move forward. Such kindness and consideration. An exceptional company, going the extra mile. Thank you

I was contacted by various genealogical companies regarding an unclaimed estate, but Lisa Hill from Anglia Research was the only one who had investigated our family tree in depth and correctly. She was also so much more sympathetic and understanding of our very difficult family situation than the other companies. Lisa went above and beyond to help us, and I cannot thank her enough.

Phoned them up, as I was looking into unclaimed estates for myself. Told them my situation and ended up not being suitable for then but was given great advice.
Easy to communicate with and really friendly, would hundred percent recommend these.

Chloe from Anglia Research contacted me on behalf of a recently deceased relative. It was quite a complex case as he appeared to have died without any instructions being left about what should happen to his estate after his death. As it turned out instructions have been left and with Chloe’s help we were able to sort out what was going on. In everything Chloe went above and beyond what was necessary, contacting the local authority, the coroner‘s office, and then finally the firm of solicitors who had been commissioned. She went out of her way to keep me informed and what could’ve been a distressing and complicated problem was resolved smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I contacted Anglian Research services as I needed to find relatives to complete probate matters. I spoke with Christopher, who was absolutely amazing, he helped and guided me and was very understanding, professional, speedy and accurate. Honestly, I can't thank him enough for helping me through what was already a difficult time. I highly recommend this company. Thank you again, I really appreciate your help.

I was contacted out of the blue by Eileen. At first I was sceptical that it may be a scam but after a little research and speaking to Eileen it was evidently genuine. Everything was explained in clear terms and backed up in writing thereafter.
I can’t fault the service I received they dealt with everything and it was concluded in 6 months. I was delighted to receive a cheque at the end which I otherwise would not have received. Eileen was also very helpful sending details of the family tree and how to apply for certificates for other family members.

This contact came out of the blue and was about a distant relative we had only vaguely heard of.
Anglia were very professsional and obviously good at researching these matters, so we were pleased to work with them and in due course receive a share of the inheritance.
We did not have to provide any confidential information, so we felt safe providng what little we knew.

It took over 2 years to sort out probate on my brother's death, was called out of the blue by Anglian told me my brother was dead! shocked... anyway they did attempt to contact the remaining 8 of us, I will say as we were all in care and experienced abusive and horrible times, that this has dredged it all up again - this went on for over 2 years. Then when money was paid it was not all split up amongst those who actually applied - there is a balance left - they do not tell you this bit? Always having to chase up for something that I did not initiate, then received less than expected... opening a can of worms, of emotional distress for a small sum, worth it, what do you think?

Sam Watkin- conducted herself very professional throughout this process and continued to update myself every step of the way as this had been ongoing for over a Year - but kudos to her and her team for a job well done

Chris did what he could to help me, he was very competent, fast and efficient.

From my first interaction with Christopher from Anglia I knew I was in very safe hands. As an executor of my Parents' will I needed to track down a beneficiary who had lost touch with the family over twenty years ago. It was a difficult situation and for me and Christopher was professional, courteous and clearly understood the sensitivity of the situation managing it thoughtfully and carefully. Communication was outstanding throughout the process and the matter was managed efficiently and with consideration and kindness. I had searched by myself for several years without results and Christopher dealt with the matter within days with the beneficiary receiving their inheritance successfully. I cannot recommend this service highly enough and am so very glad that I made that first call.

Eileen was very friendly and informative from her first contact to finalisation. When I first got a call I was hesitant that it was bonified but she confirmed everything. Whilst I did not receive a fortune, it was extremely interesting to receive my family tree as to where the inheritance came from. I would not hesitate to recommend Anglia Research.

I was contacted by Olivia regarding an unclaimed estate from a distant relative! Olivia was unbelievably helpful in any unanswered questions I had and she also found the right people to inherit the unclaimed estate! (It wasn’t me)
I found this company very professional in what they do and was happy that the right people got the inheritance. Thank you Olivia for you outstanding work & the family tree that you sent me as promised!

We were contacted out of the blue about a relative we were unaware of. We had excellent service throughout and, although the inheritance was only small, the most important thing is the family tree, which we expect shortly. Thank you Eileen for all your hard work and efficient service.

Thank you Eileen Lavelle and Anglia Research for the professional way in which you handled my relatives estate. Your fast responses and willingness to help with my family tree is much appreciated. I can only sing your praises from the rooftop for the excellent service I have received.
Thank you Eileen

I would just like to thank Eileen and Anglia Research for giving me important information regarding my family ancesters. Eileen went above and beyond to answer my questions.
Thank you!

I was contacted out of the blue regarding a distant deceased relative that I didn’t know about. Eileen was very polite and helpful, answering any questions. She managed to trace 61 relatives and I have now received a small cheque and more importantly a copy of the family tree, which is fascinating.
I would highly recommend this company, very professional and thorough.
Thank you

Great service appreciate everything that was done for us. Would recommend Anglian research services.June kynes

Very thorough, all requests responded to fully and promptly.

I received a text message from my father in South Africa today as he had received a random text message out of the blue from someone he hadn't spoken to in over 40 years to say that Eileen Lavelle from Anglia Research was trying to located him regarding a deceased estate. He was concerned about it being a scam or some other nonsense.

I called Eileen on my dad's behalf this morning and she was super helpful and professional. I gave what information I had to help her resolve a case she'd had for the last 6 years and I couldn't believe the lengths to which she had gone to find the relevant parties.

Her care and attention to wrapping up this estate is truly impressive. She clearly loves what she does and the people she helps and it's evident in the work she puts in.
