Anglia Research Services Ltd Avis

I received a phone call from Anglia Research representative Eileen Lavelle. Very professional explained how it all worked without confusing me. I felt I could ask questions at any time and she spent the time explaining my family tree to me. The forms online was easy to fill in. I received an excellent service.

When I received a phone call from Anglia Research scammer came to mind, after a conversation with Eileen Lavelle regarding a distant relative who I was not aware of had passed away, and I could be a beneficiary from his estate how wrong was I. I found Eileen to be a very polite professional and very informative researcher from start to finish. I deffinately would recommend Eileen and Anglia Research

Eileen Butcher at Anglia Research Probate has provided me with a very efficient and detailed service. I am delighted with the information provided and I found her to be very helpful.

Anglia Research

When I received a letter from Anglia Research I was extremely suspicious as I suspected it was a scam. However once I had spoken with their representative my mind was completely at ease.
The Probate Researcher was so helpful and informative, she kept fully informed throughout the process and extremely professional.

Anglia Research are a highly competent company and I have no hesitation in recommending to carry out probate research.

I was sceptical when first contacted about a possible inheritance but Eileen reassured me and proceeded in the most professional and thorough manner to investigate. Although enquiries sadly proved there was no money to distribute the family are delighted to have discovered more details about ancestors that we would not otherwise know. Can highly recommend. There’s no risk as no fee to pay if no money found so this is a trustworthy organisation

No longer replies to emails (two emails sent to you, waited two weeks before doing this review).

Unsure if a contract still exists (after signing with them in July 2021).

No proactive contact or updates during this time. No doubt this will be replied to though. Very professional.

I have used this company twice and they are fantastic in fact more than fantastic - what more can I say

We are a firm of Solicitors and for months we were unable to trace absent freeholders for our client. We instructed Oliver Howard at Anglia Research. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. Within days he produced a successful outcome for a reasonable fee. Thank you Oliver.

Having been approached by Anglia Research concerning a lost relative - the case manager Paul Tilston handled the project professionally to a satisfactory outcome. I would not hesitate in recommending this companies integrity in progressing a similar case to anyone. Well done and thank you.

I was contacted by Mr Carl Bargh, from Anglia Research, regarding the estate of a relative I was unaware of. He was friendly, approachable and courteous, had answers to my questions and was very helpful and patient in explaining how everything worked. I was thrilled to be able to find out more about my family.

My brother Chris and I (Lorraine) would like to thank everyone at Anglia Research, particularly Paul Tilston, for all the hard work, professionalism, and sensitivity in dealing with our estranged fathers estate. From their first contact last year to let us know he had passed until today when the case was closed, we have been kept up to date. Thank you for all that you’ve done, we greatly appreciate it.

Fantastic service dealt with Eileen from Southport very professional and friendly would highly recommend

I grew up in the care system. I never expected to receive anything from my birth family. I had contact pretty much out of the blue regarding a blood relative passing and an inheritance that would be shared between immediate family. Myself being one of those. After much back and forth of info, which for me brought up alot of memories and feelings that I had long since dealt with, there has been no progress.
All it has resulted in is another channel of too much thinking and upset which I would rather had been left where it was.

Excellent service
Brilliant communication

This company contacted us out of the blue and informed us that we were possibly due as one inheritance from a decent aunt.
They did their due diligence and we were paid quickly and efficiently.
We would highly recommend this companies services.
