Answerpoints problems with new email adressdress

I had to change my email address as my previous phone died.i contacted answerpoints in December .i sent numerous emails and they did reply.Now at long last it is sorted.They were quite pleasant,i have to say,so ill give them 4point now.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent. No reply from wither direct emails or their website contact form. Points total 'stuck' just below redemption value and new completed survey points are no longer being added weeks after completion. Edit - I have now tried replying to the survey invite email. Guess what? No reply.
EDIT: Finally received a response on 29th Sept "Firstly please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in response to your emails. This was due to a technical issue which has now been resolved.

We will be updating the survey points from partners surveys taken in August this week and will be checking your account to make sure your points have been updated accordingly."
Missing points added quickly and payment made, again very quickly so have changed my rating.

surveys are generally ok but really…

surveys are generally ok but really take waaaaay too long paying out and no one ever responds to any email requests. Sometimes it feels like they hope you will forget you've cashed out and keep the money

Waste of time

Their surveys need to be completed on a laptop whereas other sites allow smartphones to be used. They’ve always been slow to pay out but are now even worst. They have zero customer service and have ignored my requests for help. I’m so disgusted I’ve left the panel and forfeited my points. If they don’t value panel members they will go out of business…and that would be a good thing. Try Prime Opinion instead - better paying surveys, respect members, responsive customer service and pay out immediately.

No longer a dependable survey site

I have been waiting over 2 months for my rewards to come through. When you contact them for help they do not respond at all.
When, or should I say IF, they ever pay out, I shall be closing my account with them. There are plenty of other survey sites who operate fairly.

We are just not valued !

I have been with Answerpoints for many years, and in the past they were good. In the past few years their respect for panelists has diminished and its now time to leave. I have absolutely no confidence that surveys we complete are rewarded for as promised, and basically we are not being paid for all our efforts. Rewards are issued after 4 wks of redemption, other survey companies can do this in seconds. I have completed many surveys in November and December and not received the points. Don't bother with Answerpoints if you are thinking of joining, there are more honest panels to join.

Kicked out of nearly every survey

Kicked out of nearly every survey after answering a heck of a lot of their questions, getting really fed up of it now, says session timed out but I don't even understand what they mean by that.

Avoid.Used to be better paid, now atrocious!

I've been with this site for years, but don't know why i'm 'hanging on in there', as they are now paying so poorly for their surveys that it's just not worth my time! I guess I do less than one-in-twenty, as I don't work for 60p or £1 per hour! I can only presume they consider all us survey-takers monkeys! There are other better-paid sites out there. Avoid.

Terrible site, the worst!

I really object to having to give the survey site even 1 star. They have always been slow in sending vouchers out, but I've now been waiting over 7 weeks for a £5 voucher. Have sent 2 messages, which haven't been replied to. I have enough points to claim another voucher but won't bother claiming and I won't do any further surveys for them until I'm paid. Terrible site.

They do NOT pay out and don't reply to emails

I have been with them for a while, and in that time collected enough points to redeem 6 of the £5 Amazon vouchers. I decided to now redeem them just to make sure they DO redeem before I do any more surveys for them. After all, other companies DO pay me for my time. They say it can take up to a month to get the vouchers. A month and a few days have passed. Nothing. I sent them an email. A few more days have passed. Did I get a reply? No. AVOID unless you want to waste your time. Better go and use Toluna, YouGov, Maximiles or Populus. Those companies always pay out.

Their clients need to be aware how they treat respondents

Totally unacceptable level of service when processing rewards for respondents, they do not pay within 28 days as they claim, and don’t bother to respond to any emails.
I just hope some of their clients become aware how badly the people who actually respond to surveys are treated

They take far too long to send vouchers…

They take far too long to send vouchers - they are supposed to pay out within 28 days but never do. I always have to chase them for my vouchers.
Also, they never answer emails. I have contacted them several times recently about my account but they have ignored me. I will be cancelling my account.

A complete waste of time

After many years, I've finally decided to unsubscribe from Answerpoints as I no longer consider this to be a legitimate survey site. There are plenty of reviews online describing their tactics, but basically you'll qualify for almost none of the surveys they send you, they take weeks to add completed survey points to your account (if you get them at all for Cint surveys) and if you do make it to £5 and cash out for an Amazon gift certificate they won't send it to you until you've emailed to complain after a few weeks that you haven't received it. Don't waste your time on this. There are much better survey sites that give you the points instantly (even a token amount for surveys you don't qualify for) and cashing out takes minutes, not weeks.

Avoid this company.Hardly any surveys and the ones you do get and complete you have to wait 6/8 weeks to get the points credited.Then it is a further 8/10 weeks to get a £5 Amazon voucher.They do not respond at all to emails.Customer service is non existent.Don't waste your time with them.
