I placed an order on 20th December 2020 and I received my goods (in Dublin) on 23rd December. Excellent service, despite the pressures of Christmas, Covid and Brexit. I could not be happier with JWL and I commend them on excellent customer service. The door knobs that arrived are beautiful and I cannot wait to dress my doors with them. Highly recommend JWL.
After a thorough look online for a replacement multi-lock for my broken (gearbox on lock shattered) upvc door and as the doors are otherwise still in good condition, deciding to replace the same parts on my back door as it's the same age, JWL architectural ironmonger AKA Anyoldironmongory were able to supply both multi locks for the same price as some were charging for 1. The parts arrived the next day, although 1 turned out to be faulty a quick email and response and new one was posted out and faulty one uplifted, no hassle or fuss. Both parts now fitted and doors are as good as new.
The customer service and communication from Colin was excellent, emails were responded to fairly quickly and issue sorted out with no quibble and replacement parts out the next day, no having to post faulty one back before the company even thinking about replacing it. All in a great buying experience and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and am happy to recommend them to everyone confident they won't let you down.
I brought some Black Iron Gate Hinges, I was looking everywhere for some and this company had everything I needed, I wasn't to sure on screw fittings so I called them spoke to a gentlemen called Tim he helped me and took my order which i received in a couple of days
I have them fitted and they look fantastic.
Highly recommended , for there customer services alone, the prices where reasonable.
