I bought a wrong plugin bundle (my personal fault). I reached out to the company where I bought it but they didn't help me out that well. I reached out to Apogee as well and shared all my information. Since the company where I bought it didn't really provide a solution Apogee helped me out and gave me access to another bundle.

Paul Cooper negotiated us a good deal on a new printer. We are very pleased with the new MFP - it's incredibly quick when scanning and the colour when printing is much improved from our previous printer. Paul is always really cheerful and lifts the atmosphere in the office when he visits.

We have been trying to get a Subordination of Lien or a Lien Waiver from this company for two weeks now with no success. The account for the jobsite has been paid in full, so there should be no reason for the day.

Paper Jam
I reported this via our IT Department who gave me the contact details for Apogee. Within a few hours Matt Wadler, rang me to ask about the problem, followed up by his visit. Matt was extremely helpful and friendly in explaining what caused the problem, basically it is the inferior paper we are using which was creased and wrinkled at the edges causing the paper jam. He also gave our printer some beauty treatment, tested everything was working and also let us have his contact details if we have any further problems. A very useful number to have in my opinion, we were all impressed with his skill and knowledge.

We have received an excellent service from Apogee from the installation of printers to maintenance and ink replacements, even changing our bank details for the Direct Debits. All requests have been dealt with promptly in a very friendly and professional manner. We would highly recommend.

It was not great to start with. Our office printer has been having issues for almost 3 weeks and it was reported to the IT helpdesk (Homerton Hospital). The job was assigned to another technician (not the one who normally service the printer), but they could not fix the problem. then the job was assigned to Norman John, who had fix the printer before and as far I as can tell, knows what he is doing.
He was able to solve the problem in no time at all.
Norman is the kind of technician that you want in your team because he is professional and responsible.

We have been recently refreshing our equipment and operational processes. Throughout that period, our account manager Andy Hinchliff has supported us in this process with ideas and solutions. The implementation has been smooth and as a result, we are much more efficient in how we operate. I recommend Andy without hesitation.

Apogee Corporation delivers decent service. Engineers like Matt and Colin are friendly and efficient, resolving IT printer issues quickly. While the customer support is professional and helpful, some experiences could be smoother. Overall, Apogee manages to meet expectations most of the time, making it a reliable but not exceptional choice for business IT needs.

We had a great experience from an IT Support Engineer Richard Russell. He was very friendly and professional from the start. He was able to sort a lot of requests in an hours time. I would definitely recommend him!

We are a small charity and have been customers of Apogee for many years. We find the staff are always incredibly helpful and do all they can to help and support. That is in everything from deciding which machine we need, installation, maitenance and any issues we need support with. We find staff listen carefully to our questions are request for help and very much solution focused. We cannot rate them highly enough.
