Received great service from our onsite engineer Norman John Engineer @ Homerton Hospital, London E9. Was given a solution for our printer issue with a temporary replacement whilst part was ordered. Replaced part was ordered and installed within a short time frame. Printer issue resolved and rectified all done with a great professional attitude not forgetting a smile. Total understanding of the importance that the machine has to enable us with our daily workload.

A big thank you to Netea who helped us with a mis-delivery of items. It meant we have been unable to use our printer for a couple of days but as soon as I got in touch, she dealt with the problem, ensured we had what we needed, and also opened an investigation with the courier company. This was all done in a polite, professional and friendly way. Always difficult as the fault was not with her but she took the responsibility for sorting out the problem and we are grateful for her help.

Our engineer is Colin Samuel from Apogee. I can honestly say nothing is to much trouble, always there to get us up and running as quickly as possible when a fault occurs. Fully understands the needs of a commercial production print company, and makes every effort to work around our hectic schedule.

A member of your consumables management team went above and beyond to sort our problem of delivery to another client out, we share a building and all our consumables weren't being delivered to us, this young lady went out of her way to help us out and sorted the problem. We have spoken to numerous people within this team over the past 18months who haven't sorted this problem, but Netea has, well done her!

I've been dealing with Apogee for a number of years, Edel Collins is absolutely incredible to deal. Edel understands our industry and the importance the printers play in our business, if we have an issue as minor as they may be, a phone call to Edel and the issues are resolved very efficiently, if an engineer needs to come to site we are lucky enough that this happens in a matter of hours. Her polite manner, friendliness, support and her professionalism is amazing and Apogee are extremely lucky to have such an important staff member with the experience and such a friendly approach, hardworking, she leaves such an indelible mark with
any encounter this is so hard to come by in this day and age and will be the reason why I continue my business with Apogee Ireland.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Edel Collins for several years, and I can genuinely say that her support has been invaluable to me. Edel demonstrates remarkable patience and never dismisses my inquiries when I reach out to her. She consistently maintains a polite demeanor and takes the time to guide me through any issues I encounter. If she does not have an immediate answer, she promptly follows up with me. It is incredibly reassuring to have someone reliable on the other end of the line.

We had an issue with the printer that unfortunately wasn't resolved on the first call so we had to reach out a second time. These things happen but the service i received from Geneva Antonia on the second call was second to none. She saw the issues we were having and responded to me within 5 mins of my email and has kept me updated all day.

Our experience working with Apogee has been incredible! The customer support is top quality! We highly recommend Colin! He most definitely is the best engineer out there! Any issues and it's fixed no problem! Turns up with a big smile on his face, always happy, friendly and approachable and more important very professional. (Gareth is good aswell) But Colins lunch box is bigger! ;)
