I always have a great time at this location. The GM Ms. Marinda is very friendly and professional. I have no complaints. I'm glad to see that the staff has gotten better to what it was last year. I'm always satisfied. Wish you all would add egg rolls to your menu

We visited the Applebee's in Winter Haven, FL. today. It had 28yrs since we had gone there because of a really bad experience and never returned again until today. We had been seeing the advertising on TV about the OM Cheese burger, so we thought we would give it a try after all these years. Well nothing has changed over the years and I should had checked their reviews here before giving them another try. Don't make the mistake and order that OM Cheese burger. The meat is burnt and there is so much cheese that the whole burger sticks to the plate and you have to pry it out with a fork and then see how burnt the cheese is underneath. This was the first time ever I had to walk out of a restaurant and not pay the bill. The waitress couldn't blame us, but management wasn't willing to do anything about the bill. The waitress wanted to only charge us for the appetizer because it was fine and we ate that. Things didn't even start off good as the person who seated us did not give us any silverware and neither did the waitress. My husband had to get them from another table where people had left and didn't use there's and since they were totally wrapped up, he got them from that table. We waited over 40-mins for our food and there barely was anyone even in the restaurant, so it shouldn't had took that long and because it did, that's probably why the meat was burnt like it was. The waitress wasn't that good either and we had to keep waiting on her to get things for us, so when she brought the bill and said they wouldn't do anything about it, we just got up and walked out without paying. Obviously we never return to that Restaurant ever again. Their food is awful and the service isn't much better either.

Brielle at Port Saint Lucie Applebees was a amazing server. Very knowledgeable and professional and polite.I was joined by my father for dinner and she made our night. We will be back for sure

I had a great experience…went to have dinner and drinks with some friends and the server Emylee was very friendly and provided excellent service. Food came out fast and drinks were great. It’s a friendly environment to relax with friends and family 😊

I spent $8 tipping on a $15 order and I have learned my lesson. I ordered a salad and half way home I decided to check. There was no salad dressing so had to turn around in traffic and go back. They have no care or concern about people spending money and choosing their restaurant.

Good restaurant

Absolutely terrible services and the restaurant is disgusting. Got to the Fort Wayne Apple bees and I got there at 6pm and I was waiting till 9 to get food. Didn’t even get our appetizers till our food came out and had to ask multiple times for refills and our original drinks. The tables are disgusting and sticky. The ceiling is falling down to the point it’s a health hazard. The bathrooms are just awful.

Dave the waiter is exceptional, we consistently request him due to his outstanding service; he expertly remembers our drinks and greets us with immense pleasure when we order.

My 5 year old son ordered the Kids Cheese Pizza, there was multiple fingernails, and a strand of hair. We were walking out into the parking lot, my son started throwing up, actual projective vomiting on a nearby car's tire (he's very short) once we got home, I found his Xbox drenched in vomit. He had horrible food poisoning, and couldnt even walk all night long. he got no sleep, and was hospitalized. 3/19/26 STAW AWAY!!

We went to Applebees for its happy hour and its 2 for $25.00 offering. We struck out on both accounts. There were no draft beers available so no happy hour brewskis. We ordered onion rings for our advertised appetizer - none available. We ordered a Tanqueray on the rocks with olives. NO OLIVES. I'm surprised rocks were available. The drink was $9.95 (10.00) for one shot. We left and went to the Churchill House where we got friendly service and delicious inexpensive specials. Bye Bye Applebees. It still cost us more than $30.00 for two drinks and a gratuity.

The boneless wings were more like chicken nuggets

Went to Apple Bees In Moreno Valley CA Had Server Name Avery He Was The Worst Horrible Server ever in life, He took our order and forgot about us, I had to flag him down just to see about our order of Chips and dip, he brought the chips And Dip with our meal did not want the chips And Dip no more meals was cold, Server Avery treated Me N Husband like we was nothing, never came to ask did we need anything to drink. AVERY THE SERVER was the worst Server I ever had in my life time will never go back to Apple Bees again. Food just nasty Servers dont care, Bad Attitude need better, happier, nicer, pay more attention type of Servers.

The only reason I gave 1 star, is because I had too to leave a review! Last night I took my kids to eat for my youngest son's 27th bday.

And for $96.65 I experienced the WORST service & the WORST food I have ever had in my life. And I'm 63!

How does a steak ordered rare come out burnt to a crispy black piece of meat?
I ordered the 4 cheese & chicken tenders that came with raw noodles and NO cheese AT ALL!

It took an hour to get our drinks and appetizers, which I knew she would get wrong cuz she wrote nothing down! It took them another hour to bring our dinners!

She NEVER brought the refills on our drinks. And we were 1 table out of 4 in the entire place. The couple that came in after us left after waiting 30 minutes for their drinks.

I love Applebee's. BUT, never again will I go to the one here in Auburn Alabama!
They did take the steak off the bill, but I think the entire meal should've been compt, because the entire experience was a joke.

And get this, MY CAT WOULD NOT EVEN EAT THAT PIECE OF CHARCOALED MEAT! AND SHE LOVES STEAK!

Nobody had their 💩 together last night, not the wait staff, or the cook. AND it took us almost 30 minutes to pay the bill and get out of there because the kiosk wasn't working and the waitress was not answering the call for help.

Almost 3 hours in a place with only 4 tables going. Just bad, bad Applebee's,

I would say this location works really well if you are in the area... I went with one other M.. The service was good... If you like salads and beverages as well as deserts. this is a good place to visit.. they also have some more traditional items like Pasta....?? I would recommend this.. This location was good. I also went with another person as well.... they paid the tab and I helped them out later on with a important task.! Which was really important..The Glendale 80246 and Aravada locations are good. So is the Aurora one. The Glendale one is closed that was back in 2014-2015.... I remember everyone that came.. a good turnout!

Great food, exceptional service

Our server put drinks and hot food in front of a baby. Refused to pre-bus table. And asked if we needed Togo boxes when she brought our food to the table also our steaks was dry no flavor!
Highly recommend not going back There!

Ask the waitress how much beef was in the beef nachos. She indicated that there was a large amount. I was getting this as my main meal. There was about a tablespoon of ground beef on the nachos and very little cheese. It was like a plate of nacho chips. She explained the meat is weighed and that is the normal amount. I told her I didn't want them. She told someone about it and ten minutes later she brought over a small dish of ground beef. Worst nachos I ever had. I was told by several people about the small portions of food, but I had to find out first myself.

One of our favorite restaurants. I love that they serve veterans on veterans Day with a free meal. Their menu is excellent, they always hire wonderful servers. There’s always a fast service in reliable delicacies. I highly recommend them for a family restaurant.

WE ASKED FOR A BOOTH AND THE LADY GOT MAD AT US AND HUFFED N PUFFED !! I DO NOT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT THEY CLEARLY DO NOT LIKE INDEGEOUS PEOPLE OF COLOR AKA AFRICAN AMERICANS!! The employees are racist and Ashley the manager did nothing to rectify the incident!! The night staff is not customer friendly!

Applebee's is one of my favorite restaurants. I've always had good service and the food is great. The curbside pickup is also convenient and so is the ability to order from doordash.
