I have shopped here for years as I know I can purchase an appliance which is good quality & a vast display of makes to choose from. Also has a brilliant customer service that delivers the new item unpacks it, takes out old & reconnect’s the new with full disposal of the old & all packaging if this extra service is required (I always do)

Replacement Oven
Someone who had been without an oven since Christmas Day and in dire need of one would have been made to wait a few weeks anywhere else. Not with Spares Direct. Delivered same day within 4 Hours. Excellent service.

At the very last minute before…
At the very last minute before Christmas, sorted out a new oven and hob, organised fitting of both so Christmas lunch is back on!!! Cant thank Janette and the staff enough.

As a walk-in I was greeted well and directed to the product I was enquiring about.
I was left to study options and asked a couple of questions.
To which I received friendly professional answers.
I left the shop and later returned to place my order
The following process was efficient and friendly.
I asked if it could be delivered before Christmas ( 4days away). Not really expecting a positive response. The lady in the shop made a couple of phone calls. On said she could once my request
The fridge freezer was delivered and unpacked and installed 45 minutes after I left the shop. WOW six stars.

So grateful that you supplied, delivered and helped my plumber fit a new Hoover washing machine, all within an hour of me ringing needing one 3 days before Xmas. I like the effort put in by your…
I like the effort put in by your booking in service advisor, she went above and beyond to help me with delivery and installation. I don't like the fact that you charged me £115.00 for installation when the engineer informed me his fee was £90.00 so you charged me £25.00 to contact a gas engineer. Also you charged me £25.00 for removal of my old appliance which i guess was taken for scrap and a pay out for the scrap metal was obtained by yourself? Apart from that i was quite satisfied.

I completely understand your concerns regarding the charges:
Installation charge: The order was placed via the Euronics website, and the service fees were agreed at that time. If the order had been placed directly with us, we wouldn’t have added a fee for the gas fitter, and you would have paid him separately, which could have saved some money. The small difference also reflects VAT at 20%, which we are required to charge, and a modest amount to cover the time and effort involved in arranging the engineer.
Old appliance removal: This charge covers the safe transport and handling of your old appliance until it can be collected by a licensed company. We handle all scrap products responsibly, in line with legal requirements, and we do not profit from the scrap. VAT at 20% is also applied to this service.
We truly appreciate your understanding regarding these charges, and we’re pleased that overall you were satisfied with your experience. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Shop local & get great service
Prior to completing the online purchase, the shop rang to discuss the fitting to make sure the fridge we had picked could be installed in the space we had. Upon delivery the guys took the time to get our integrated fridge fitted into a split door space perfectly. It was an awkward fit, but they didn’t try and rush it to get to the next job.
Great service from an independent local shop, not what you get from a faceless national company.
