I shopped online then phoned to ask some questions that were answered promptly; within minutes my order was complete and delivered a couple of days later at the time given. All good.

Absolutely fabulous service as always.
The price was competitive and the delivery was fast. The two delivery men were really polite and conscientious about protecting our flooring and home.

The advise and recommendations were very helpful in choosing our appliance, which we are delighted with.

Two great guys came to deliver and install washer, dryer and dish washer. They went about the job in a friendly and professional manner.

All items arrived on the date requested Service was excellent in store and over the phone. Advice taken about alignment of all cooking units looking the same. Review based on sales only. Items not yet installed and fully tested.

Dougie answered my call, I required a new element for a 10 year old Ikea oven which nobody else seemed to have in stock. Dougie called me back with an alternative part ( cheaper than the original) which I paid for over the phone and should receive within 24 hours.
I thought service like this was a thing of the past but apparently not !👍

Excellent service lovely, helpful staff explained how everything worked and even gave me a couple of chocolates, recently bought a fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine from these people, would recommend this shop 100%.

I needed a specific fridge freezer that would fit my small kitchen and had a hard time finding a store that could deliver, carry it up to my first-floor flat, and install it as well. I was so relieved to discover that Appliance Spares Direct offered delivery to Preston and installation services too.

The ordering process was simple and straightforward. I was very impressed with the excellent communication - I received a call the next day to confirm the delivery date and time slot, and another on the delivery day to let me know the team was on their way.
