I want to write this horrible experience not with appsflyer.com but apps-flyer.top
Please note the - between the apps and flyer. This a scam website.
There are Recruiters/Agents who will pretend they have a WFH job. They will contact you on WhatsApp. Show you how to register and give training. Will ask to create a Wise account and pay 1-3% commission. Everything in there is a scam. I only write so that they you don't fall victim to this like my wife did. Please don't waste your time and fall for their trap.

Just wasted a weekend doing so called paid training, they pretend you have made money then you get a special lucky commission which outways the lets say £200 you earned which is frozen until you pay in my case £75. I also had to open an account with Bitget which is a cyber currency institution. You have to make deposits to them or any credits you make will be frozen.
In short they tell you you make money then freeze it until you pay money into bitget.
I did a bit of research on their offices in london and when I looked the company was SMB so the office address is a bit dubious in the least.
Please do not have anything to do with this company or the agencies recruiting for them like Pickwell who advertize on either Adzuma or CV library.
Read up on Cyber currency save your money and do not sign up to these scammers.
Job agencies also note you have a duty of care to people somtimes vunerable to make sure they not being ripped off or scammed.

Worst company ever. Literally charged our CC after we disputed their charges and didn't pay the invoice. I would NEVER recommend AppsFlyer to anyone. Beware!

Using the AppsFlyer SDK, will crash your app, if you run out of credits. Instead of just gracefully not attributing.

Very bad support.
Even in 2023, the reply emails after 2 days.
Unclear error messages with different meanings and you can't move forward without their support (which replies 2 days later).
Bad experience.

Product was very expensive and had zero impact.

Their finance team was extremely aggressive about billing - I would be wary and avoid using in first place if possible.

Service is really very complicated, compare to others. But this is not a problem - problem with stupid ugly documentation, which is worst from all I have ever read, and I read a lot! And with super lazy ignorant support team, who don’t know how this system work! I don’t recommend you to use this “most popular service”, because it is literally just big sh t!

We are working with AF for two years, but today we've decided to terminate our contract. We can't work with such scam bags.

For the last year, we noticed that Appsflyer started to make almost all free features as Premium features. Previously, all our partners could see the whole bunch of data from our apps: installs, registrations, verifications, activations, and cost. But then suddenly AF decided to make a standard report feature as Premium and all our partners lose access to the performance stats of the apps. So I had to download these reports manually every day.
A few days ago AF decided to make the cost data from the partners also Premium feature. So earlier it was absolutely free for us and everyone but right now it suddenly became a paid option as well.

Guys, it's 2021, and such an approach to monetization and your attitude to the customers is just unacceptable. It doesn't work like this. You just can't ask money from clients for options that were free earlier. We are not using your service for free, we are paying at least $2K every month and right now it looks like you trying to extract more juice from each client.

I hope your new approach will be unsuccessful and you lose more clients than earn money. I'm happy that all your pitiful actions pushed us to find another solution for mobile attribution. We are almost done with integration with Adjust, and we have much better features and options with twice less price than with you guys.
