Need to employ English speaking…

Need to employ English speaking drivers.
Ordered taxi text to tell me it was outside and wasn’t. Do rang and explained he was at the wrong place. Didn’t speak and didn’t turn up. Leaving me to walk two miles home in dark.

Unsociable driver .

Taxi arrived driver new where I needed to go mulberry house has taken me all through commercial road past St John’s cathedral driving irresponsible , dont think he could speak or understand English as when I spoke didn’t even reply , do not send again .

Great and timely service

The service was great - the car arrived instantly after the booking and the driver was the kindest one I have ever met. I'm really greatful, especially on an occasion like this.

Lack of dignity

Whilst I appreciated that the driver did pull the front seat forward he could see that I was really struggling to get in the back as I'm disabled. He made no attempt to either try and help me get in the back he didn't ask if it would be easier for me to sit in the front.
Whilst I don't want special treatment because I'm disabled I feel that your driver needs more training in asking clients if there is anything he can do to help. I ended up having to lay on the back seat to access the taxi. Not a very dignified experience. A shame really because I have not experienced this before with your company.

A good reliable service

Our driver arrived on time as did the driver on our return journey. All drivers are pleasant and professional good drivers. The vehicles are clean and comfortable. Booking a cab is very easy both by phone and on line. A very reliable service.

Arrived on time

Arrived on time, drove to destination as speedily as possible. Loved the App so easy to use and showed type and reg of car picking us up plus the identity of the driver.

Great per booking service

Booked out of area for a friend and all went very smoothly and to time. I love the way I can track the taxi and all the communications from their dispatch to arrival. Great service.
