Great customer service

Great customer service, and this company products are excellent, no credit check, and no deposit, and free nights services to fit my budget, and affordable.

AVOID

Arcadia Energy was saving me perhaps 20 dollars a month maybe less and I was having to deal with two providers for one utility. Based on this, I decided to Cancel.....this is where they get you. All of the sudden my bills are magically much bigger [same season, same usage], and then it takes 90 days to cancel. Then when that 90 days is up they will tell you that actually it can take 180 days to cancel! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY.

A scam

A scam. They sign you up . My sign up was 10/17/23. 2 homes. Still am not on solar farm. Call them you will get a run around. Frustrating. Go elsewhere .

After months of not saving a dime on my…

After months of not saving a dime on my electric bill. I finally decided to cancel my Arcadia subscription and stop having my credit card billed. I found out it takes 90 days for them to decouple from my service provider PSE&G. Totally not worth signing on with them IMHO.

Do not Use this Company! They are a SCAM!

I was with this company for two years. They were saving me money until recently. My bills have been way more than what is actually due with Potomac Edison Electric. It wasn't adding up. I called and spoke with customer service and they continued to argue with me. They tried to convince me that my bill was $182.45 and it has never in over the six years that I have lived here been over $103. I told them to cancel my account and they told me that I have to wait 90 days to cancel my account. After complaining to the BBB and disputing the charges on my credit card they have made an exception to cancel my service. They are still trying to justify over charging me.

Broken promises, company keeps stringing customers along

Last spring, some canvassers knocked on my door and encouraged me to switch to Arcadia, with the promise of saving about 21% on my monthly electricity bills. It sounded like a good deal, so I signed up, but now -- nearly a year later -- I'm still waiting for the savings! Arcadia told me I would be placed on a waiting list and that it might take a few months for me to get matched with a solar farm, but I didn't have a problem with that, cause I figured waiting maybe a couple of months wasn't a big deal. It's now been 9 billing cycles, however, and I'm still on the waiting list! I've contacted the company a number of times, and they keep stringing me along, promising that it won't take much longer. In fact, back in the fall, they emailed to say that I had finally been matched with a solar farm, but that turned out to be a false alarm, as they somehow then ended up filling all the slots before assigning me, and I got put back on the waiting list! What's more, they've given me inaccurate information on a number of occasions. At one point, the representative I spoke to incorrectly claimed that my discounts still hadn’t been applied because there had been a billing glitch and that I would receive a discount on the following bill to make up for this. When I called back the following month, the new rep broke the news that I was still on the waiting list after all, but she assured me that I was now "at the top of the list," so I should expect to finally be matched with a solar farm "within the next couple of billing cycles." Two more billing cycles have passed since then, and when I log into my account, it now says that I have indeed been matched with a solar farm, but that it won't go online for another 5 months! To say I'm frustrated by this company's broken promises would be a vast understatement. I understand that maybe it’s a chicken-or-egg scenario where they can’t actually build more solar farms until they have more demand from customers, but it still doesn’t seem fair to make their customers wait this long!

Terrible service

Terrible service. First told me to change my PSEG email to a "forwarding" email. Then after I did that, they said my account was "dual" billing and that I'd still need to pay the bill via PSEG. Waste of time and clueless support.

Art and Fasion is must.

Well it starts on Instagram for me I’ve seen the shirts online but my experience started when I visited the shop the artist themselves were educating on the art and the designs of there merchandise I had a great time at G3 Studios. It’s the most definitely need to have. Ron, a.k.a. BRU871

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received. Despite multiple calls regarding the same issue, I have been repeatedly assured that someone will contact me back, yet no one ever does. This lack of follow-through and poor communication reflects poorly on the company's commitment to its customers.

Do not sign up with these people they do not actually provide a service or save you money and they give you the runaround when you are trying to cancel

When a customer is enrolled in Community Solar, there is a time period necessary for the solar developer and utility company to fully process your un-enrollment. This timeline accounts for your account’s specific billing cycle, as well as the amount of time it actually takes for the utility to cease applying solar savings to your account. This cancellation timeline was presented in your Community Solar terms, agreed to at enrollment.

This is the most terrible experience…

This is the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. Such a scam, they promise you savings but keep charging you extra $100-$200 deceiving customers that it’s like getting a gift card at the store WHAT A CRAP. My advice from FORMER SALES AGENT don’t ever sign up.

Good experience

Good experience. Nice knowing we are supporting a transition to renewable energy economy. My biggest beef is inability to support multiple utility accounts with the same email address. I would think it be easy for them to build out the correct type of platform to allow a homeowner to login and see all accounts in one place instead of having to use 3 different email addresses.

Couldn't be happier with Arcadia

I've been with Arcadia for about 5 years and recommend them to all my friends and family. They take my power bill and buy that much wind power to add to my power company's mix of gas, coal, etc. So for all practical purposes, my house runs on 100% wind energy. It costs me 5 bucks/mo. for this service and I'm supporting wind energy. I'm glad to pay it.
