As soon as i entered the shop i noticed…
As soon as i entered the shop i noticed how clean and fresh the premises is .Staff ready and willing to help i appreciated that .With so much choice and not sure which was the best mattress for my needs .Immediately the staff stepped in with lots of advice and practical help as to what mattress would offer what i required .Also answered any questions i had and explained everything to me .Very professional and approachable .Thankyou if i needed another mattress /bed i would visit again .

Your sales guy quickly saw that I was in to look at beds and showed me the deal
within my budget.
Didnt particularly come in to look at wardrobes as had kinda settled on what I was gonna buy elsewhere but then he showed me the deal on the 2 I eventually bought.
No sharp sales talk involved just good info on price and delivery.Thats the way I prefer to buy and sales pressure just turns me off so I found Anthony very easy to deal with.

Choosing a mattress
We were seen by Andrew, who was very knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time showing us different mattresses, and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. We didn’t feel at all pressurised.

Mattress purchase
The person we dealt with was Iain when we went to purchase a new mattress. He was very helpful and explained the various options available. he was not in any way pushy or condescending. He talked us through the payment options and quickly arranged delivery and pointed out the special offers on the delivery and recycle promotion. We were happy to make our purchase there and then.

Effortless experience.
My husband and I didn't relish the daunting task of walking around countless bed shops in the Uddingston retail park, we were delighted that our first stop was Archers and we need not look any further.
We were approached by salesman Cairns who let us have the time and space to peruse what Archers had to offer. We approached Cairns and asked for advice as there were many mattresses and we wanted our budget to go as far as we could. Cairns assistance was invaluable as he gave us many options which allowed us to make full use of our budget, we left the shop delighted having purchased everything we needed within our budget. There is no hard sell in Archers, no sales people forcing customers to buy what they don't need.. instead you have a sales team who want to help their customers get what they want within the budget they want to spend. I was expecting pressured sales techniques given the abundance of bed shops in the Birkenshaw Industrial Estate but I couldn't be further from the truth. Thank you Cairns.

Allan welcomed us into the cumbernauld…
Allan welcomed us into the cumbernauld store and I highlighted it was only browsing and didn't want bugged or followed around the shop. If I needed his assistance I would ask and he obliged.
Myself and wife found a mattress and bed we both liked but the bed wasn't in store only online so he didn't have much information regarding it. He gave us as much info as possible and we were happy. And he found out the information required for the bed frame and again it was enough for us to chose them both. Cannot fault the service whatsoever. Thanks again Allan.

Buying a new sofa & chair
We were served by Andrew. He was very pleasant & helpful to us, He gave us plenty of time to choose our sofa & chair. He gave us clear instructions on how to work the chair.
We were allowed to have a sample of the fabric to help us when choosing a matching carpet.
