Arista Heat Energy is a small company so more than likely it will be the owner , Carl, who will visit . Carl is an experienced ,well trained, knowledgeable gas engineer as well as being a friendly chap to boot. He diagnosed and repaired multiple faults in the central heating system in our son's flat as he faced his first winter in it. A good tradesman is hard to find and Carl also fixed faults a previous CH engineer my son had out previously. I found Carl (Arista Heat Energy) on the nextdoor app from a recommendation . I have no hesitation in recommending Carl and I will use him again.

We just had a replacement boiler fitted by Carl and I cannot fault the first class service received during the installation. Also the honest advice about the range of boilers available we now find ourselves with an energy efficient boiler that is easy to control and is very very quiet compared to our old boiler. I cannot fault the service we received during the replacement.

Carl is a very experienced heating engineer with an incredible level of practical and theoretical knowledge. He provided a thorough service and repair of my boiler that got rid of years of debris that had built up inside the heat exchange unit and it is running like new again, and more efficiently - would highly recommend him!!

Carl is a great worker - in fact a bit of a perfectionist - which is no bad thing! He fitted a new boiler and all new pipework and radiators for us and we are very happy with the result. Recommended!

Would highly recommend Arista heating. Carl and Shan were both very professional and people you can trust to do the job correctly. It is obvious they made a big effort to do the job properly rather than a rushed job cutting corners. Very knowledgeable about the boilers and heating systems being installed.

Came out for a quote, climbed onto worktop and it snapped under his weight. Angry and belligerent that I wouldn’t accept 50% of the cost because it wasn’t his fault it snapped.... despite him climbing onto it. Rude and aggressive

Carl answered a call at short notice to look at a fault with my boiler.

Carl provided advice about the repairs required and costs involved, due to the age and condition of the boiler the option of a replacement was given. I took the option to replace the existing boiler and again advice was provided and options given to ensure a suitable replacement for my property and budget was found.

The job was started immediately and completed the following day. All work was done to a high standard and Carl even arranged for a representative of the boiler manufacturers to contact me to assist setting up the app on my phone.

In three words Carl is a professional. He installed my new Gas boiler yesterday ..Its so refreshing to find a tradesman who takes pride on doing the job while focusing on excellent customer service . You can tell that he knows what he is doing ,is confident and is extremely passionate while undertaking his work . You can see he enjoys what he is doing as he sings and whistles while undertaking his work. No question is too much bother , he explained the system and explained what he was doing throughout the job. He provided up to date advice on current regulations and what he was required to do. His work is very tidy and you would not have known he was here once everything was done. His pipework is top notch and when it was done even the pipes looked good and much better than they were with my old boiler . I will be getting Carl back to service my boiler when its due next year and recommending him to family and friends. It was such a pleasure having him undertake the work .

I highly recommend Arista Heating to anyone! No job is too small – my entire prehistoric heating system needed to be replaced, and Carl made the whole process quick and easy. I was so impressed, I had him install a new gas hob and plinth heater in my kitchen a few months later.

I have used Arista Heating several times over the last couple of years. First to install a complex Evohome internet enabled central heating control system. And, then for general central heating repair/maintenance. Its a small company so you usually get the owner turning up himself. The owner seems to be more intelligent than the central heating repair people I have dealt with previously. A big plus is that he seems to have a good knowledge of both the mechanical and electrical sides of central heating setups, which is quite rare. He can normally turn up at fairly short notice which is a big plus. So I would definitely recommend him.
