Nice glasses for the price
Nice, stylish glasses for the price. The try at home pairs came really quickly and were easy to return. Ordered my proper glasses and also arrived within less than a week and the prescription seems spot on. The glasses do feel a little flimsy but they are quite thin frames so maybe that’s why. Would definitely order again if these ones last well!

Great process
Great process - try before you buy. Chose 4 pairs of glasses to try and selected one pair to buy. Submitted my prescription and got my varifocals within days! Quicker and much more cost effective then buying from a high street retailer

Great customer service start to finish
Great customer service! Reached out on Instagram and had great help. Absolutely LOVE the try before you buy option and loving my 2 new pairs of glasses! Great selection too...will definitely be back/recommending to family and friends!

The glasses look and feel so much more expensive than they are!
I was a little sceptical of them fitting properly with them not being brought in store but they are perfect!

The service was amazing
The service was amazing! You get to test the frames first to see if it is a good fit! Then you can place the order. The process from order to delivery was fast and amazing! Will definitely buy it again!

Poor service and misleading sample frames
The glasses provided in my final order were sized differently to the sample frames I tried.
I was also up-sold thinner frames via email, which I agreed to, only to find out once received that this extra £50 was non-refundable.
Terrible customer service for what appeared to be a well-reviewed company.

Hi Josh. Thanks for your review. Whilst the frames are the same size wise, they may need adjusting to your particular needs. We did offer to send you a guide on how to do this.
The £50 lens upgrade is refundable. We did mention that the next day delivery postage you paid for was non-refundable. Once we were made aware of the issue by yourself, we sent you a pre-paid label to return the glasses at our expense and agreed to provide a full refund.
I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with the finished product, and I hope you can see that we have done everything possible to make the returns process easy for you.

Tried on 4 pairs of glasses. 2 were warped and sat funny on my face and another pair didn’t really look like the pair pictured on the site so I’ve decided not to go forward with that order.
Shipping was fine though 🤷🏻♂️
