The whole process is flawless
The whole process is flawless, with the try before you buy especially, I wore the glasses for a couple of days to make sure I loved them. With a strong prescription I was worried about thinning the glass down but it has been done perfectly, the glass is thin and the glasses feel really lightweight. 100% recommend.

Lovely glasses. Arlo Wolf respond very quickly to any concerns you may have which is very impressive considering how busy they must be during a pandemic. The only thing I would say is that the glasses took a little under 2 weeks to arrive, so be sure to have another pair of glasses on hand while you wait. However their website does state that it could take up to 10 working days until the glasses will be dispatched and they arrived at my door before their stated processing time so not an issue at all (also, I’m sure everybody is ordering their glasses online at the moment too what with Covid, so not too long of a wait really). All in all, very impressed with my glasses, the price and the excellent communication from the Arlo Wolf team. Great job Arlo Wolf, thanks for everything.
- One thing I would suggest is that the FAQ page needs some more information regarding thinning of lenses, I recommended your company to my friend but she has a -9 prescription so would need the lenses thinned, but we couldn’t find any information on if you offer that service or not.

Ordered the ‘try before you buy’ and then a pair of prescription glasses afterwards. The whole process was seamless. Easy to use, regular updates via email and text from the customer service team and the glasses are gorgeous! Would definitely use them again. Thanks :)

Amazing Glasses
I used the try before you buy first and was amazing, made it very difficult to choose a favourite pair. I have now had my prescription glasses a couple weeks and absolutely love them! Arrived so quickly also, great company!
