Flawless experience
The online order site at ArtisanHD is powerful and intuitive. I was easily able to download a large file quickly and see a virtual mock-up of the end product which is very realistic. Pricing was reasonable for a high quality acrylic print with a museum mount. The print was very well packaged for shipping and arrived just prior to the initial estimated date in perfect condition. This is my third order, and I will be back!

I ordered 2 prints of my family's pictures and what i received is a picture of an owl smiling at me! I'm requesting ArtisanHD to send me correctly what i have ordered asap with no additional fee!

I found you on google. My daughter and I went to your business. I realized this is a commercial business not a retail store. We started to walk it and the receptionist said wait and called another employee she gave us a tour of your business my daughter who is 11 years old was very happy. Your staff then told us how to order our pictures online. Amazing experience and great customer service. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience

High resolution 400 picture mosaic looks perfect!
I created a 400 picture mosaic from 20 years of high resolution pictures and needed to get a large size, high resolution print for framing. This is my gift to my wife for our 20th anniversary. I found Artisan through a Google search and was extremely happy with the ease of uploading my large size picture (>150 MB Tiff) and to pick the best photo paper. The print arrived several days earlier than expected and looked fantastic. The resolution and colors were great and it looks wonderful in its frame.
