Exceeded expectations
My 3 large format prints arrived in great shape, carefully wrapped as you would shipping wine bottles :)
The craftsmanship was impeccable for the TruLife Acrylic with museum backing. FujiFlex color really popped and impressed with the black level.
They earned my business, my clients were super happy, and I'll order more.

Ordered online 14 x 10 upscaled and edited landscape iPhone pics on 1/2 foam board backing, product is excellent. Packaging for shipment is "serious" and product arrived in perfect condition. Start to finish was a good experience, I will be ordering larger prints from digital camera files.

New Loyal Customer
I had an excellent experience. The order was packaged so well, there was no way any damage could happen to my order, which I truly appreciate. Our order came earlier than expected which was great because it was for an event and I ordered late. As I pulled each piece out, I was in awe! I had been ordering from a different company prior and the material and price can’t compare to ArtisanHD. I will use them again for sure!

Good experience, great help solving problems
Actually, there was a problem initially. My images were of odd dimensions and my attempts to crop to the correct measurements 2 in the ordering was unsuccessful. But Stephanie Joyce helped me tremendously with that and made sure to pass on the correct dimensions as soon as I placed my order. I also had trouble uploading one of my images and she took time and conversation to discover the problem, which was easily remedied on my end.
