Vile bullying thugs who stole/ broke and damaged my property, dumped it on the road and let random men go through my stuff no one wearing masks in the middle of a pandemic (back in February) can’t believe the council use these people

LANDLORDS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…EVERY LANDLORD SHOULD BE AWARE OF BAD THIS COMPANY IS!!!!
I made a mistake of signing up to Asset Groves 2 year SO-CALL rent guarantee scheme, it was a huge mistake, I received the first month rent ok, but after that, I had to constantly chase them for my rent as it was ALWAYS LATE- and and other occasions I would not get any rent at all. I contacted Neil Several times about this , and expressed my concerns, at times my emails was ignored, Asset Grove excuses for non payment OF RENT was that they haven’t been paid by the council… that’s not the landlords problem, they are suppose to pay you rent regardless! That’s why is called a RENT GUARANTEE SCHEME. Dealing with these amateurs will cause you a lot of stress, I would advise any landlord to take their business elsewhere rather than dealing with these unprofessional cowboys.

Awful, do not use!

Awful, do not pay landlords their rent. Avoid at all costs. Wish I never heard of this company. They owe money that they will never pay.

Sham

Sot Sotiriou is a the director and owner of Assetgrove is nothing but a thief. He is still collecting monies from the local authorities with regards to rents and funding his own extravagant lifestyle and his family's whilst in Cyprus. The office is running with Neil Jennings at the helm but they do not respond to emails of telephone calls or in person. This man is committing fraud to his customers and to the local authority.

I would advice you never to trust Asset…

I would advice you never to trust Asset Grove with your property. They never answer emails, your rent is always late. On top of that you face an organisation that make you feel like you know longer own your property. Third class in everyway

Attention Landlords - do not do it.

*Attention Landlords*

Just do not bother using this company. Our mistake for trusting them.

Had our property with this rogue firm since 2015. Returned it absolutely trashed. Absolute negligence from the tenant and Assetgrove. 1 inspection in 5 years. Big mistake for asking them to arrange gas safe as their ‘gas engineers’ for the annual check do not thoroughly check the boilers. This led to failure which could have been avoided. Costly boiler needed.

Failure to fix leaky tap in kitchen which damaged entire side of kitchen cabinets/worktop as well as water damaged floor which all needed to be replaced.

Failed to notify us of blocked guttering leading to damp inside but of course if they are not inspecting the property how will they know to tell us?

They promise you to return the house to you in good condition minus fair wear and tear. What a load of rubbish. They try and pay you off with an insulting cash offer and then take a running jump as fast as they can. Thousands of pounds worth of damage.

Dmitri the maintenance manager really needs to work on his people skills - rude, obnoxious, swearing etc etc. His words.. ‘at least you got your rent on time’ whilst I agree that is nice I also expect my property to be looked after!! Horrible experience.

Landlords use someone else, plenty of other companies out there. If you must use these jokers then insist on inspecting the property yourself if you can!

Will never ever recommend Asset Grove. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID!!!

Worst agency ever AVOID

Worst agency ever. I have been under them as a tenant for 2 and half years. I had to wait two years for a pumper to be put in under the sink so i can get HOT water. they want rent money which is over £1000 but do not help. the electic cooker sparks fire and i had notified them as it is emergency, 3 weeks i heard from no one till i made formal complaint, the washing machine is old and moulding and doesnt wash clothes. They delay work, avoid helping but expect money, all the staff are the same make excuses for their mistakes. do not come near asset grove. I have emailed several times and do not get responses and have vulnerables in the house. company should ge burnt down!

Assetgrove don't even deserve one star

Assetgrove don't even deserve one star. I have been placed in a property with my 3 children and from the day I moved in there have been issues, leaking windows, damp ,mold, mice...the house was disgusting when I moved in. They also provided me with a fake gas certificate.
I have had to go over their heads to get anything done...14 months later they still haven't replaced the windows that are leaking or any other issue. Funny enough they called the council trying to get me to be at fault.
They also have tried to intimidate me in numerous occasions.
Please everyone be careful with them.

After making a complaint to the finance department, rent for the following two months was late again with no apology or communication.

NEVER use this company I am a tenant…

NEVER use this company I am a tenant with 3 children the property is infested with mice since November 2019 I’ve been complaing but nothing has been done I’ve had multiple leaks nothing has been done my ceiling has dropped down on me I woke up to find a dead mouse in my baby’s cot luckily my child was not in her cot discusting ring up to get cut off really fed up of it now

Wish I could do no stars because they don’t deserve any

Wish I could do no stars because they are absolutely useless. The receptionist is patronising, they NEVER sort out issues. Everything I report doesn’t get resolved the house is absolute dump. It’s like the house that Jack built. I’ve been there two years and it’s been the worst experience of my life.
